I’ve been coming to Tranquility for almost 7 years since I moved to Somerset. I love the mix of professional and friendly - as well as the amazing skills of the stylists. I always recommend it to people and several are now regulars.

So pleased with my colour. Liz is was so friendly and did an amazing job as always.

Enjoyable. Daisy did a great cut on my strong, short hair.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Tilly always does a professional job and is very knowledgeable together with being genuinely interested in her client.

After 9 months without a haircut I was rather anxious but Karen was so professional and attentive, she listened, and really put me at ease.
I had a wonderful cut and a lovely experience in a very friendly and comfortable salon.
Next appointment booked already , and that's rare for me.

Such a friendly place I had Jesse who is a great Hairdresser and lovely person and made my hair look fabulous I left there feeling uplifted

Kate was training marcey to cut my hair, marcey did a very well as it was her first cut, and Kate was so helpful in showing marcey the right way, outstanding I can't praise them enough .I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would gladly go again on another training day . Outstanding !!! .

Amazing colour today,Tara took her time to listen to what I wanted colour wise,I am so fussy when it comes to my colour and im never 100% happy but for the first time in years its exactly what I was after,no more yellow tones.

Super stylist, very professional and did exactly what I asked. Very happy with my hair, had a couple of weeks hell with thermal burns on one hand and 6 month of severe tendon injury and couldn’t deal with my hair, Natalie didn’t judge, just got on with it in a very professional manner and understanding. Highly recommended.

As always I had a wonderful experience at Tranquillity salon: a warm welcome, a delicious cappuccino and the best cut and blow dry from Tilly. My hair feels healthy and strong thanks to Tilly’s excellent care and advice on cut and treatment, and I left the salon feeling fab!

Lizzie is always so welcoming, listens to my wishes & I leave the salon feeling happy with my new hair-do! The head massage is great too!

Ellisha has been fantastic in understanding my hair and cut and colour needs since I have been coming to her over the past few months. With the amount of clients she must see, I am amazed at how she remembers me personally and what it is I am aiming to achieve with my hair and doesn't just bring out my colour card and ask what it is I want today. It's like having your own personal stylist!!! It's a busy salon and Ellisha is a very busy stylist, but that does not stop you receiving an individual service. My hair looks the best it has in a very long time and I cannot recommend Ellisha or the hospitality and atmosphere of the entire salon highly enough. Thankyou all.

I had a haircut with Natalie. Daisy washed my hair prior to this and she was lovely. Really enjoyed the head massage. Natalie was so good, talking me through what she was going to do. The end result is brilliant. My head is so much lighter and my hair is back alive. Thank you so much girls. X

I was greeted and offered a drink from their extensive drinks menu as soon as I walked in, then introduced to my stylist Chloe. She was really nice to talk to and gave me a scrumptious head massage after washing my hair. She did a wonderful job of my hair. I had been quite down about it as I have had hair falling out and I’d decided I had to embrace my greys and stop dying it but it had been growing back in different lengths from where it had broken off and was regrowing. My friend had her hair cut here earlier and she met me after my appointment. We walked down the road bouncing our curls and feeling wonderful!! And I couldn’t believe the price for the service I received! Thank you so much. This was my first time here and I will be returning 😃
