Excellent advice on hair colouring and hair care even down to brushes, hairspray etc. Lizzie’s wealth of knowledge and experience is amazing. Lizzie has an incredible memory and it’s like picking up your conversation where you left off. The salon is immaculate and the head massages are to die for.
She was very professional,she went through every step of what she was going to do .I'm Very happy with the way she presented herself.
Had to bring appointment forward to align with holiday. Tara always strives to develop my cut to enhance my happiness.

I spent many years embarrassed to go to the hairdressers because of my unruly frizzing/curly hair. Last year I was very close to shaving all my hair off but after emotionally speaking to Tara one day she gave me the courage to come in & see her. I’m so glad I did! She has single handily given me the confidence to embrace my curls, by giving great advice, being patience and committing to getting my hair healthy. I no longer hide my curls and more importantly no longer hate them! I look forward to coming now and all the girls are lovely, especially Marcey who does a great head massage!

Love the vibe in the salon, it's like your pamper session starts the minute you walk through the door. Lovely lady got me seated, offered me a drink (from the new drinks menu 💕) which is a lovely touch. Tori is always so lovely, listens to her clients, makes you feel relaxed and I felt pampered from start to finish even with just a simple cut. Nothing is too much trouble, thanks for a great experience, would highly recommend Tori and Tranquility ❣️

From the moment I walked into Tranquility I felt totally relaxed and very much looking forward to having my hair done.
Tara talked through what it was I was after and really listened to me asking questions and making sure she understood.
She was very thorough and talked through each stage of the process making sure I was happy before leaving the salon.
I asked her about some curl cream and she recommend the one I bought as she felt it would be the best one from what I was describing.
It was a real treat for me today, some ME time and it was absolutely perfect.

Tara is always so friendly and cut and styled my daughter’s hair beautifully , takes time and makes sure she is happy . Ellisha also chatted and book my eldest for her colour and took time to know what she needed and Becky in reception is always so smiley and helpful . I had another amazing experience, lilly did a fantastic job on the colour I am so happy with it, and chlorine also did an amazing job on the massage straighten and style.
