It’s always such a special treat to come to Tranquility for some hair care. Tara is always so warm, joyful and friendly. She gives the best head massage and always gives me great advice for how to better take care of my hair and what kind of treatments to get. Great haircut Tilly is excellent her client care friendly approach whilst remaining professional at all times. Her cutting skills are very good and she is patient and listens to what the client wants to achieve. So glad I found this salon the receptionist is also fantastic, well done !

First time having half head foils with toner, Natalie explained what she was going to do and was very professional and friendly, after the development I had my hair washed and a lovely head massage by Chloe . My daughter had the best experience for her first ever hair cut & re-style aged 7. She has wavey/curly hair and we wanted to keep the curls, so Karen went to a lot of effort to tie locks with bands post wash, and cut & put them aside for us to keep. Karen made myself and daughter feel very looked after. We were both bought drinks, and they popped a smily face on my daughter’s hot chocolate along with marsh mallows. Karen could tell that this cut was a big deal for us both, and treated us with great care. The cut was perfect and was exactly how my daughter had explained to her. I felt so lucky that we had Karen as it was obvious she was experience & very good at what she did. Thanks so much for a lovely experience Karen and a wonderful hair cut for my daughter.

I had booked my 10 year old twin girls in and myself for a haircut online, but when we arrived only 30 mins had been allocated so we were faced with either not washing hair, or not drying/styling it. The hairdressers were brilliant and luckily Natalie managed to find someone to finish Emily's hair and Lizzie finished my hair early, so could help style Freya's.

I've had another look at the online booking system and feel it's very misleading. For an adult appointment it says cut and finish (you would naturally assume a wash). For age 5 and under it says cut and finish. For 6-12 it doesn't say anything. I don't think there's any 10+ year old girls who wouldn't want their hair washed and styled. So I think some wording changes or additional service for kids to add so you can book a proper appointment online.

Id like to say a huge thank you for the hairdressers that helped as my girls would have been so upset not to have a proper appointment ready for school.

I was so lucky to have Sam cut my hair , it was so neded. I have been to my hairdresser who trimmed my hair but tbh didn’t see me! Sam got me and listened to why I needed. Cut my hair to perfection!

I am so pleased with Karen that when we moved away from the area I continue to use Tranquility even though it's much further away. I would also like to give Becky a special mention for her friendly and happy demeanor. She knows everyone's name.

Lily was amazing - she did a great job and kept checking in with me that I was happy with everything, even offering for me to come back in for a touch up if I change my mind. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

It was simply brilliant! Natalie was keen to discover exactly what I wanted but also helped me decide. Every step was a great experience and I felt I was in confident, competent and creative hands! Thank you I’m thrilled with the results.

My daughter’s first salon hair cut. We were made to feel so welcome. My daughter was pampered and is in love with her new hair cut. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable time. Good cut, as I had asked was done.

My hair dresser was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. my hair is so pretty. she washed it then gave me an incredible massage then proceeded to cut perfectly just how i asked her too and styled it just beautifully. offer me food and drink and when i asked for hot chocolate get it for me straight away. she washed so friendly to me. we had great chats and my hair was all done so quickly. the service there was extraordinary. as soon as i came in the staff offer my a drink and i quickly got seated to start with my hair thank you so much. i will be coming back!!
