Relax with a refreshment in our ambient reception where your professional and friendly stylist will meet you and take you through your personal consultation or review, to discuss your style or the latest trends and products.

Then it's through to our uniquely designed hair spa, complete with massage chairs and soft mood lighting, before heading through to our spacious salon. Our stylists are constantly trained and up-to-date with all the latest styles in classic and contemporary cutting and colouring as well as restyle services. Simone was very nice and gave good suggestions re my hair. It looked very good when it was finished. My only negative experience was that when I rang to book my appointment I asked how much it would be and I was quoted £51. As I had a gift voucher for £50 this was ideal. However when I came to pay I was charged £64, which I didn’t have time to query as I was rushing for a bus.
When I got home I found a price list online, this showed that prices were dependant on how long the appointment had taken. Because mine had been just under an hour the cost showed as £61 for an hours appointment, and then £64 for creative, which must be what I had.
I’m not being difficult or wanting to get anyone into trouble but I really feel that if you specifically ask for a quote that should be correct, especially in these current times when everything is going up and money can be tight.
I would like to return to your salon again and I’m hoping that if I don’t need too much work done next time I might be able to fit in to a £51 appointment! X
