Charlotte has been doing my hair for the past year. My hair is not a standard colour and I love that every time it is a little bit different. With the cut she always asks if I'm happy and if it needs bit more taking off or weight taking out then she does that. She's always polite, easy to talk to, happy and if I don't feel up to talking and just watching some videos on my phone she just gets on with it. Really happy with the quality of her work. The only downside is you've taken away the tip facility on the card payments and I don't tend to carry cash except change for car parking so I now can't easily give her a tip and with a memory like a sieve, don't remember to get any cash out to do it that way.

We use Badhair for our severely autistic son's haircuts. Badhair provide a quiet calm space with no distractions and take great care, patience and time dealing with our son. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Amazing place to have a hair cut. My best one yet. Everyone there is really nice. The hair cut was efficient and stylish. Definitely going back.

Nate is always welcoming, and friendly, and calm, and tries to make sure you hair is logged so he knows which razor part is needed, amazing as always

We have been coming for a couple of months now to Nate and he is just amazing with my boys and today my youngest even had his hair done even though it wasn't booked it as I didn't think he was ready but Nate is so amazing and reassuring that nothing is too much trouble, we love that they always have the best music playing as well

Had the best salon experience of my life with the lovely Nate and Pixie this afternoon! Never enjoyed having my hair done until today and the results are beyond my expectations. Will definitely be returning in the future and will recommend them to anyone, especially those of us who have struggled with the traditional salon experience that not all of us fit into! Everyone was lovely, and the experience didn't cause me massive anxiety like I normally get. Very professional and a great place to be. Environment was amazing. Felt very accepting and enviting for neurodiverse/disabled and alternative people. Definitely coming back

Pixie, Nate and everyone involved make the salon the freakin awesome place that it is. I’ve been salon-avoidant for years because I hadn’t found my people but now that I have, I’ll never go anywhere else.

Not only are they insanely talented at what they do, they’re also the absolute best humans. You are seen, you are heard, you are understood and they can be brave on your behalf. They have an innate ability to just .. get .. you. It’s not like going to get your hair done; it’s going to hang out with the besties you never knew you needed.

First time having Nate cut my curly hair, having been so impressed with how he cut both my girls curl it was my turn. It didn’t disappoint- great to have a cut by someone who really understands curls. Thank you

I can't recommend these guys enough! Nate and Pixie have amazing energy and each time I have visited I've had such a laugh. They aren't just 'hairdressers', they make you feel like you've been friends forever. They love their work and it shows. I can't see myself going anywhere else now (sorry guys)!

The whole process, from enquiries to booking, was fantastic. Immediately felt welcome and comfortable in the shop, and Nate and Pixie were so fun and put me at ease. Love my hair, loved the place, will definitely be back.

Charlotte colours and cuts my hair. I love that the colour is always slightly different each time as it is a custom colour mix. I have nothing negative to say, Charlotte is friendly, approachable, warm, can told a conversation which isn't just 'where you going on holiday this year?'.

I've not had the best experience with hairdressers before coming here, but from the moment I walked in I felt at home. Nate and Pixie have such a calm vibe they immediately made me feel relaxed. I didn't really know what I wanted, just I'd like blue hair and I didn't want to look like and old lady (I'm 55) as previous salons have done. So I left the cut and colour up to Nate. He did the most fantastic job and I felt at ease the whole time. I cannot recommend #bad hair enough they are amazing and as Pixie said when I first came in 'we've got you' and they definitely have!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Nate completely transformed my hair into the alt/emo style I’ve always wanted. He really listened to what I was looking for and absolutely nailed it. The atmosphere in the salon was amazing, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.

I’m so pleased with the results that I’ve already booked in again with Nate and Pixie for July. Highly recommend to anyone looking for talented stylists and a great salon experience! 🖤🤘🏻

Been coming to #BadHair since they were in Warminster, and followed them to Frome because of how positive our experiences always are. Cuts and colouring is always fantastic, they really know their stuff, but more than that it's a space that we actually look forward to coming to every appointment.

Nate did another brilliant curly cut really pleased with it and great to have a hairdresser who knows how to cut curls!

#Bad Arcane, are a very welcoming place/ Community, especially for people with Additional Needs, i now have 2 Children going to visit them for Hair Appointments as they are able to give the time needed for anything they need done to their Hair, Pixie & Nate are really friendly and made them feel welcome, Would definitely recommend to others, also they can book appointments so you are not sat for ages waiting for appointments, and their Therapy Dog Burtie takes his job very seriously and will lie on your lap and fall asleep, all round lovely place
