This is my daughter’s first ever haircut and she was nervous to start off with but have to say I’m very impressed and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. Haircut looks amazing 10 out of 10 for experience customer service and overall satisfaction. Thank you for making my daughter’s first trip to the hairdresser, so such a pleasure.

Start to finish you are treated with such care & attention , highly reccomend this lovely salon in cheddar - staff are so lovely !

Very professional and knowledgable staff. I am always made to feel extremely welcome and cannot fault the service. Charlotte and all the stylists are lovely and really take time and care.

I enjoy my visits to the salon the salon has a friendly atmosphere I always get good advice about caring for my hair and I'm looking forward to the end result once my hair has grown too a longer length and then can be cut into the style that I want.

From the moment you walk into the salon, you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Charlotte’s knowledge and expertise truly shine through—her years of experience and natural talent are undeniable.

My hair had been damaged and over-coloured for over a year, but she completely transformed it. I walked out with a fresh new style and colour that exceeded all my expectations. The transformation was incredible.

I couldn’t recommend Charlotte highly enough!

First visit at the salon. Although feeling a bit down when I went in, but felt so much better after having my hair washed and dried. Very friendly staff and loved my hair.
I would go back if visiting the area again.

I have been having my hair done by Charlotte for over four years. I have always received friendly and professional service. Charlotte knows my hair and I trust her implicitly to do what she feels is needed. I always leave overjoyed with how my hair looks, and am always complimented by friends. The new salon is so relaxing. It really is a relaxed morning just for me. I cannot recommend this Charlotte and the salon more highly.

Emmy is always amazing. Each part of the treatment is a real luxury. From the hair wash with really lovely products and the head massage too to the cut which is always carefully understood and approached. The chat is always great too. The salon is a beautiful setting.

Charlotte is a very warm, pleasant, and cheerful person. She is chatty and immediately makes you feel comfortable. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Everything is top-class and of a high standard. I was delighted with the result of my colour, and the value for money was excellent.

I visited the salon today for highlights and a cut with Jodie, who was warm and friendly. The salon is beautifully decorated, with a clean and serene atmosphere. I was very pleased with my hair and, overall, had a fantastic experience.

The price point is higher than what I’ve paid elsewhere, but I’m happy to pay extra for such first-class service and experience.
