After going to the same hairdresser in Bristol for 25 years I was looking for somewhere more local but still wanted a luxurious experience. Charlotte Rossi did not disappoint. The salon is beautiful, lovely calm atmosphere, very clean, and very comfortable. Charlotte was extremely knowledgeable and really listen to what I wanted, I had highlights, cut and a blow dry. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and have already booked my next appointment. Thank you.
