I find it difficult to go to a hairdressers as I often feel awkward, the staff are so lovely that this has never the case. The staff listen to my ideas and take these on board whilst also ensuring that I have a haircut that I am fully satisfied with . They are very professional but warm and friendly . I can't fault them and keep returning

I managed to get an appointment for a re-style at only a couple of hours notice with Charlotte herself. Charlotte was super accommodating, prepping my long locks for donation to charity and advising on style options when I hadn't fully thought through what I wanted. Can't wait for my next visit.

Charlotte’s experience has always shined at every hair cut she’s has given me for the last 10years or so. As my grey started showing a lot in my mid-40ies, I trusted Charlotte with layering highlights and lowlights to achieve a beautiful ashy hair tone that blend the whites beautifully; I regularly receive compliments about my hair colour. I highly recommend this salon!

Charlotte is one the best hairdressers that I have ever been to and I wish that I had found her sooner. After a bad hair cut and colour she took 3 appointments to totally sort it and it has never been better. Her experience and talent are second to none plus she is lovely!

After going to the same hairdresser in Bristol for 25 years I was looking for somewhere more local but still wanted a luxurious experience. Charlotte Rossi did not disappoint. The salon is beautiful, lovely calm atmosphere, very clean, and very comfortable. Charlotte was extremely knowledgeable and really listen to what I wanted, I had highlights, cut and a blow dry.
