I was a very happy customer today, after deciding what to do with my hair. I was given great advice. Staff were very friendly which made the salon feel very relaxing. I can’t wait to return for my haircut!

I have been having my hair done by Charlotte for over four years. I have always received friendly and professional service. Charlotte knows my hair and I trust her implicitly to do what she feels is needed. I always leave overjoyed with how my hair looks, and am always complimented by friends. The new salon is so relaxing. It really is a relaxed morning just for me. I cannot recommend this Charlotte and the salon more highly.

Emmy is always amazing. Each part of the treatment is a real luxury. From the hair wash with really lovely products and the head massage too to the cut which is always carefully understood and approached. The chat is always great too. The salon is a beautiful setting.

Charlotte is a very warm, pleasant, and cheerful person. She is chatty and immediately makes you feel comfortable. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Everything is top-class and of a high standard. I was delighted with the result of my colour, and the value for money was excellent.

I visited the salon today for highlights and a cut with Jodie, who was warm and friendly. The salon is beautifully decorated, with a clean and serene atmosphere. I was very pleased with my hair and, overall, had a fantastic experience.

The price point is higher than what I’ve paid elsewhere, but I’m happy to pay extra for such first-class service and experience.

My short grey hair needed a good restyle and needed to be manageable for my lifestyle.
Emmy took the time to listen to my concerns and needs and then talked me through thoughts for the first cut and then planning for the future look.
I am very pleased with my new cut and will definitely be returning in the New Year!

I find it difficult to go to a hairdressers as I often feel awkward, the staff are so lovely that this has never the case. The staff listen to my ideas and take these on board whilst also ensuring that I have a haircut that I am fully satisfied with . They are very professional but warm and friendly . I can't fault them and keep returning

Such a wonderful experience, I am so pleased with my hair cut. Can’t wait to go again soon to have my colours done.

I managed to get an appointment for a re-style at only a couple of hours notice with Charlotte herself. Charlotte was super accommodating, prepping my long locks for donation to charity and advising on style options when I hadn't fully thought through what I wanted. Can't wait for my next visit.

Charlotte’s experience has always shined at every hair cut she’s has given me for the last 10years or so. As my grey started showing a lot in my mid-40ies, I trusted Charlotte with layering highlights and lowlights to achieve a beautiful ashy hair tone that blend the whites beautifully; I regularly receive compliments about my hair colour. I highly recommend this salon!
