Charlotte Rossi Hair Limited

This was my first time but certainly isn't my last!
I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable.
We discussed the style I wanted and what would suit me. I was given great advice.
My hair looks and feels amazing. I always believe you should leave the hairdressers feeling like a million dollars and I definitely did!

As always I’m very happy xx

Charlotte cut my hair again today, have been going there since it opened. She always listens to your needs and does exactly as you ask as she is so tentative and thoughtful. Can’t reccomemd Charlotte enough! I found my forever hairdresser ❤️

Emmy always listens to what you want and is brilliant at getting exactly what you want. Always a lovely experience.

Dear Charlotte as always you were amazing, good advice and good outcome !
The only thing was I felt very depressed at the end because I had spent an hour looking at my horrible body ! Please could l be given a robe immediately before my haircut so that the next time I look at myself I will be beautiful after having an amazing haircut ! Ps I am considering the fat pan option!!

Emmy did a fab job as ever and I came out feeling amazing.

Returned for my daughter’s cut and colour. They had a lovely chat about what to do, went through colour depth and decided what would be best. Also discussed and agreed cutting and options. Great service from Jodie, really happy with everything and she will be back 😊

My whole experience was amazing from start to finish
Great coffee and great hair when finished

Staff are lovely, give the best advice and always come out with amazing hair!

Beautiful hair cut, lovely salon. Emmy is always so friendly and kind.

Really enjoy going to this salon. Friendly, welcoming and you know you're in good hands.

Lovely friendly time while having my hair cut very relaxed and loved my new style. Also able to book follow on appt and received message for me to add to my diary

As usual a lovely experience. Charlotte is a natural host, friendly, chatty and always smiling. I leave with a great haircut and an up beat feeling. Thank you. Xx

Charlotte is attentive and gentle.

This salon has the quality, skill and professionalism you’d expect from a high-end city salon, but with the genuine warmth, care, price tag and unpretentious feel of a friendly local salon.

You feel cared for by the whole team, they are all happy to chip in if you are discussing a new colour - and I can’t stress enough the quality and skill level.
I’m nearly 50 and have been to lots of high end salons but nobody has delivered hair care and colour to this level.
Their advice is fantastic, the team are thoughtful and intelligent, and I leave feeling happy with my hair and myself!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — I genuinely look forward to going which is a miracle for me!

As ever I am really pleased with my hair cut and blow dry. Such a happy, friendly salon !
I really enjoyed my time at the salon.

Cannot fault Charlotte looking after myself and daughter!! See you again soon x

Charlotte is brilliant at what she does and always takes the time to explain what she is doing. I always come out of the salon feeling brilliant!

As usual excellent. I have been having my hair cut here for quite a long time. It is wonderful how I have built up a relationship with Emmy, who now knows exactly what needs doing. Technically excellent and very friendly and relaxed.

I enjoy my visits to the salon the salon has a friendly atmosphere I always get good advice about caring for my hair and I'm looking forward to the end result once my hair has grown too a longer length and then can be cut into the style that I want.

From the moment you walk into the salon, you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Charlotte’s knowledge and expertise truly shine through—her years of experience and natural talent are undeniable.

My hair had been damaged and over-coloured for over a year, but she completely transformed it. I walked out with a fresh new style and colour that exceeded all my expectations. The transformation was incredible.

First visit at the salon. Although feeling a bit down when I went in, but felt so much better after having my hair washed and dried. Very friendly staff and loved my hair.
