Since I've become one of your customer's, I hear lots of compliments about my hair style and the colour. I`m very happy with the service you provide. The team is very professional and friendly. I'm always recommending to anybody who is looking for a great look. I would like to also say thank you to Lisa and Elliott.

I wanted a style change and Elliott was very honest and constructive on his suggestion.

Fitted me in at short notice. Polite, professional staff. Active listening skills meant style agreed & executed to a high standard.

I arrived at the salon on Saturday 6th July for an appointment with Sarah. My hair was in good condition and is cut regularly but the colour was not in a good place based on monthly colouring to get rid of the grey. So after a consultation, it was striped back, cleansed and the colour agreed to manage the grey. There was a third procedure which included a toner to softener the colour. The result was amazing. Brand new hair. It made me look younger and healthy. The condition still maintained. It was a phenomenal transformation. Thank you very very much.

I had a really good hair cut by Josh and came out feeling and looking really good.

Toni and Guy Bath, is the best salon I have ever been to! Over the years, I have been to Charles Worthington, Nicky Clarke and many others. The colour by Sarah and cutting by Cerys is of such a high standard. Both really listen to what you want and take huge pride on achieving it for you. It's a lovely relaxed atmosphere and I always look forward to going. As you walk in Saffron is always so welcoming front of house and so you start off on such a good foot. You walk in a client and leave feeling like a friend!

So glad I popped in on the off chance of there being an appointment! Absolutely delighted - best haircut for a long time. Will definitely return.

Bullied by the manager after my mother died and became ill and was consequentially late for an appointment. She humiliated me in front of all the staff and customers. Awful experience. Previous haircut was also very bad and Toni and Guy firstly promised to correct it and then refused.

The young man who did my hair was enthusiastic, inspired and friendly. He made a lovely job of my hair and I was thoroughly delighted with it....Top man????

I’m really happy with the outcome of my haircut, and I will come back to toni and guy for the service.

But the girl who washed my hair was really rough and it was very pleasant,
And the apprentices weren’t very professional, as the girl was having a conversation with one of the others while washing my hair.

I understand the girls are in training so hopefully it will be better next time I visit.

I recently moved back to Bath from London, and have moved from one bad haircut to another (I have short curly hair - that’s very tricky), and I finally
found Elliot. He knew exactly what I wanted, and now I have the best haircut! Thank you!!

Toni & Guy in New Bond Street in Bath are fantastic, particularly Emily who has been cutting and highlighting my hair for two years. I have probably been to most hairdressers in Bath but have no desire to go anywhere else. The salon staff make you feel welcome and you are looked after from start to finish. I always have compliments after I have been there and I leave feeling fantastic .

Liam was so friendly and every little step kept asking if I was happy with the length and how I’d like it done. I’ve left absolutely in love with my hair. Can’t praise him enough!

Had my hair cut with Emily as always she is absolutely lovely. So friendly and I don’t even need to tell her what I want anymore she knows. However she always asks! Everyone is so nice and friendly. The young girl who washed my hair was so lovely too. She is going to be a great addition to Toni & Guy.

I like going to this place and the staff area really nice and friendly always have an enjoyable time. You do need to book early for a Saturday appointment
