Had a colour and cut today.The staff are always very attentive offering drinks and magazine making you feel comfortable .As usual both the stylist and colour technician asked what I wanted and we discussed possibilities between us and the result was just perfect .Tom and Kirsty rock thank you ? xxx

It is more expensive than your average salon but it is worth the money - my stylist gave me an excellent cut, worked with me to make it what I wanted and gave advice on making the style work best with my hair. Best hair cut I’ve had for a long time.

A big thank you to Liam for listening to what I wanted & giving me a great new look. I took away lots of great advice & a lovely salon experience.

I had a relaxing afternoon getting my hair hi lighted then a cut and blow dry. Very friendly and helpful giving advice on colour and style. Plenty of coffee offered. Really happy with the way my hair looks now ?

I come to Tony and Guy quite frequently and I really care about my hair looking good! I was having a bad hair week and Josh did a brilliant job blowdrying and straightening my hair. Thankyou Josh :)

The colourist explained my options well they talked me through the process. The guy who washed my hair out was very good, I am happy that I have received what I asked for, the only downside was how cramped i felt in the upstairs room and how loud it was with so many hairdryers going, children running, different phones ringing loudly and people shouting over all that so they could hear eachother I couldn’t hear what the stylist was saying to me. I also saw a lady have her hair washed out and sit and wait for a good 20minutes before anyone came to her and she was quite fed up! So it’s not as relaxing or tranquil as I would have liked but I did come in on a weekend and it is a town centre salon which I guess is bound to be hectic.

I'm a guy. Haircuts in this branch are usually good unless the hair stylists are in a hurry and they need to speed things up. Why am I being charged full price for a fast and sloppy service? It's not my fault their scheduling isn't good. I don't think I'm coming back.

As always very professional stylist. I am shocked that the hair wash is so poor in such a reputable salon. I ended up doing the wash myself. Sorry to complain.

Emma is the most professional beautician I've ever had. Extremely experienced and a complely relaxing experience when I see her. Salon looks absolutely impressive !

My hairdresser, Liam apart from cutting my hair really well also is a great conversationist and makes me feel comfortable. Also the hairdresser to my left was joining in and so the whole experience was excellent. Consistent quality customer service is rare so well done the team at Bath.

Lovely staff who are highly skilled and accommodating to customer ideas, happy environment, big mugs of complimentary hot chocolate and biscuits- great experience

Lovely refurbishment in the salon - the main room is bright and fresh now. Great and friendly staff. Need to keep a closer eye on clean kit as my cutting collar was covered in someone elees hair on which was rather alarming!
