Taken ages to get round to saying thanks. Russell was really kind and caring in making our 13 year old daughter’s first ear piercings a fun and pleasant experience. She was overjoyed and we were very relieved. 6 months later they look great and she had absolutely no problems thanks to Russell’s pep talk about taking care of them & expertise in piercings.
