Second visit after many years elsewhere. Best cut in as many years. Gemma knew exactly how to layer my long curly hair to its best advantage. Really impressed. Staff pleasant and lovely atmosphere.

I love the way Ashley knows my hair, how to treat it and what colours to blend. I think this shows a customer centred approach to the experience

One of the Gemma’s - she has brown hair. Very knowledgeable and she sorted me right out! She didn’t actually come back to check on the colour though once it had been dried by somebody else - I would have given 5 stars for service if she had done that x

Amy was excellent as always. Slightly late, but her cutting and styling always makes me feel good.
A pity that they only have UHT milk for tea/coffee and not the proper stuff.

I’ve been using Rizzo for many years now and have had a number of stylists. All I have is a gents cut but I have to say I’ve been to many others and this always looks smarter. The atmosphere is good and staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone

I felt totally pampered, from my initial the consultation right through to the end, she was professional and attentive, listening to what I wanted aswell as doing an amazing cut and fresh colour which I love

Ashley is a fantastic hairdresser. I love the way she cuts and colours my hair. She is also a lovely person and it is a real pleasure to have a hair appointment with her. Rizzo’s Salon is also very friendly and all the staff make you very welcome especially Jo Reynolds on reception.

The salon is clean and stylish, you are always welcomed into the salon and referred to by your name so you feel valued as a customer.

The service here is fantastic, you have the beautiful Jo who greets you and makes a drink for you. Then the hair dressers do what you want not what they think you should have done. The girls do an excellent job and I am pleased everytime I get my hair done ❤️
