I had to change my appointment and add my daughter in and it was all so easily accommodated. Very pleasant staff - nothing is too much trouble, from Jo on the desk to Elisha who cut our hair. Elisha put us at our ease and listened to what we wanted, taking care to make sure we were happy at every stage. A very positive experience. Thanks everyone ?

The service was excellent, unable to remember stylists name, but she was the only one on Tuesday 20th at 3pm, plus a receptionist. I felt very sorry for the stylist being left on her own when the receptionist left. Somebody was coming from the Shrewsbury salon to cover but had not arrived by the time I left the premises.

I had specified that I was going to a wedding, so was surprised to be given a stylist who wasn’t confident in her cutting of short hair. She did an okay job, but I wouldn’t say that it was ‘wedding’ hair.

Another great cut and colour. Ashley listens to what you want, makes suggestions and does a professional job.... She's also delightful to talk to...

Jade as always is great, listens to what you want from your visit and advises on whether it's possible and why if not. I'm always happy to go with what jade thinks as I'm never disappointed. All salon staff are warm and welcoming which makes for a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Wonderful service, lovely girls and Jade was fantastic! After a bad experience elsewhere I booked in to get my hair sorted out. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed, and Jade listened to what I wanted but also worked with my hair type and offered loads of advice.
