Excellent support and service.

Kayleigh advised that a hard wax would be best for me and it certainly was. I have been to other salons and no one has ever suggested this previously. Punctual and friendly service; have rebooked.

The service was excellent, unable to remember stylists name, but she was the only one on Tuesday 20th at 3pm, plus a receptionist. I felt very sorry for the stylist being left on her own when the receptionist left. Somebody was coming from the Shrewsbury salon to cover but had not arrived by the time I left the premises.

Once again very very happy.

Very good blow dry. Appreciated the shampoo chair which gave a massage.

Really happy with the colour and cut my hair feels so much better lighter, Jade did an excellent job. Samantha also gave me a lovely wash and massage can’t wait to see how her career progresses

I had specified that I was going to a wedding, so was surprised to be given a stylist who wasn’t confident in her cutting of short hair. She did an okay job, but I wouldn’t say that it was ‘wedding’ hair.

Another great cut and colour. Ashley listens to what you want, makes suggestions and does a professional job.... She's also delightful to talk to...

Jade as always is great, listens to what you want from your visit and advises on whether it's possible and why if not. I'm always happy to go with what jade thinks as I'm never disappointed. All salon staff are warm and welcoming which makes for a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Wonderful service, lovely girls and Jade was fantastic! After a bad experience elsewhere I booked in to get my hair sorted out. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed, and Jade listened to what I wanted but also worked with my hair type and offered loads of advice. I am so happy with my cut and will definately be returning. Thank you

Ashley was absolutely brilliant. She got my hair to look exactly how I wanted it. I’m so pleased with my hair and can’t thank Rizzos enough for transforming my boring hair into a ravishing red head!

You ladies are the best!!! I honestly didn’t think I’d see the last of the green after just one appointment! Left the salon with a smile beaming from ear to ear. All members of staff in that day were extremely attentive and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair done! Thank you to all who helped get rid of the gross green :D life savers!
