I was very apprehensive about my first microneedling treatment but Rachael talked me through the treatment, and began slowly to ensure I was comfortable - I may have even ended up having a little nap under the LED lamp! It's now a couple of days later, my skin feels great and I have booked for another 3 sessions in hopes to achieve the results I'm after. For anyone worrying about the pain - it's really not that bad.

Rach is simply the best!
I’ve been having my full‑body laser with Rach and I’m only halfway through, but the difference already is unreal. Her treatment room at House of Beauty is absolutely gorgeous - beautifully decorated, spotless, and it always feels like such a treat. There’s a cosy dressing gown waiting for me every time and even a little Biscoff, which is the cutest touch.
Rach herself is just a gem. She makes every appointment relaxed and enjoyable, and she genuinely goes above and beyond - she even parked my car for me because I still haven’t learnt the size of my new one (awful parker problems). Couldn’t recommend her more ⭐️

I had a facial today with Rachel and she was absolutely amazing..from start to finish she was so professional and knew her knowledge. I felt amazing during the whole experience and so comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!!

I had my first Hollywood today with Rachel, she was so friendly, attentive and made me feel right at ease. She gives you everything you could need and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. So looking forward to the rest of my appointments !

I had such a fantastic experience at Glow Shrewsbury with Rachel for laser hair removal. The salon itself was spotless, calming, and beautifully designed, which immediately put me at ease. Rachel was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole treatment feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and was so reassuring throughout. My appointment with Rachael was amazing. The space is stunning and she is the sweetest. I felt at ease straight away and it was no where near as painful as I thought laser would be! I was so comfortable throughout my appointment and cannot wait for my next one 💕

I was a little nervous when I first approached Rachael as I had a bad experience with a previous hair removal company due to their cold and robotic, dehumanising service (I won’t name any names).

However, Rachael was everything and more than I could have hoped for. She was caring, thorough and made sure everything we did was at my pace, paying extra attention to the little things like a bowl of warm water and a flannel to get the gel off after the treatment had finished (the previous company gave me two paper towels).

I’ve booked in for a further 7 treatments with her and told all my friends. Highly recommend.
