I had such a fantastic experience at Glow Shrewsbury with Rachel for laser hair removal. The salon itself was spotless, calming, and beautifully designed, which immediately put me at ease. Rachel was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole treatment feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and was so reassuring throughout. I felt completely looked after, and can’t wait to start seeing the results. My appointment with Rachael was amazing. The space is stunning and she is the sweetest. I felt at ease straight away and it was no where near as painful as I thought laser would be! I was so comfortable throughout my appointment and cannot wait for my next one 💕

I was a little nervous when I first approached Rachael as I had a bad experience with a previous hair removal company due to their cold and robotic, dehumanising service (I won’t name any names).

However, Rachael was everything and more than I could have hoped for. She was caring, thorough and made sure everything we did was at my pace, paying extra attention to the little things like a bowl of warm water and a flannel to get the gel off after the treatment had finished (the previous company gave me two paper towels).

I’ve booked in for a further 7 treatments with her and told all my friends. Highly recommend.
