This man is a magician, he has restored my faith in my hair and in humanity. He is friendly, knowledgeable and exceptional in every way.

Kevin coloured my hair a few days ago. I asked him to take the colour down, a few shades, which he did. However, I couldn’t get use to the colour change, so I rang the salon. They made me an appointment, for the same day, and Kevin put in a few more lighter highlights.. I’m thrilled with the colour and the service.

From the moment we arrived I felt very looked after, the receptionist is excellent at her job; made us fruit teas and made a fuss of our two dogs who came along with us. Leah did exactly as I asked and my flimsy hair looks and feels so much better. She recommended some products and gave me some sound advice about my hair which is thinning as I get older. I felt better for my visit. I have to say all of the staff are very friendly and we always feel very relaxed. The salon is also a very nice place - plenty of natural light and comfortable chairs. It’s why we don’t mind travelling over 60 miles to get there! Our visits are a hi-light…. No pun intended…. 😃

Hollie is a fab colourist - a slight change of colour for me recently and she understood straight away what I was looking for and made it happen. Charles just ‘gets’ my hair and always cuts and styles it perfectly every time. The entire RB team are brilliant; all friendly, no drama and exceptional customer service. I won’t go anywhere else!

I have had numerous colours and cuts here and will not go anywhere else, very professional and talented, my hair is wonderful when I leave, nothing is too much trouble, friendly too!

Millie always makes my little girl feel so special! Talks to her, gives her drinks and biscuits, cuts her hair beautifully and makes sure she is 100% happy and doesn’t rush just because she is a kid!

As always, my hair was cut perfectly. I was given options during hair cut to make changes or ensure the cut was exactly what I wanted. A fabulous experience as always.
