Having not had much luck with other salons in town for a while, I was advised to try Fusion. I was not disappointed., The cheerful manageress soon put me at ease & knew what style I wanted & needed. I was happy with the result & will certainly be returning. Michel helpfully advised me on to ask for should she not be available.

Have been going to Fusion Hair and Beauty now for over 5 yrs and Rachel and the team are fanstic and you never leave here disappointed. Rachel listens and then improves on what you ask for and is high technique at cutting and her colouring skills are out of this world! And on top of it, they are bloodly lovely people as well. Brilliant as ever haircut by Charlotte. If you have thick curly hair like me and live in Shropshire, or quite frankly even Staffordshire, Cheshire or anywhere else on the Welsh borders, do not go anywhere else!

I had my first appointment with Loui today and it was just perfect. So attentive, so relaxing and he made me feel like he had all day to do my hair. Plus the outcome is so nice - the best hair appointment I've had in a long time and I can't wait to re-book

I normally have mae or Sophie for my hair & they are both fantastic !! Today I had Sophie and she did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease to achieve the desired look. I’ve been going to fusion for my hair now for years. Sophie is, as it says above a miracle worker. No matter what colour or style I throw at her, she always delivers exactly what I asked for and then some. She’s also just such a lovely person, she makes me feel comfortable and the conversation flows and is often so funny. Can not recommend her enough. Aside from this fusion is just a lovely environment to be in and it’s sooooo lovely to see how all the staff there get on so well 🥰

I moved from Glasgow and really did think I would never find a hairdresser in Shrewsbury. Then I met Mae and the team and hallelujah I am happy again. Mae is talented, interesting and such a lovely person. She listens, advises and follows through technically on what she promises. The support team are lovely as well and make for a great experience. The salon should be proud of itself as they provide a relaxed, proffesional and inclusive first class service.
