What a fabulous birthday treat!
Can’t thank Charlotte enough! She is so friendly, gives great advice, my hair has never looked so good! Lovely atmosphere can definitely recommend!

It was my first time at fusion today and i found it to have a relaxing atmosphere. My hair stylist was Loui who was friendly and spent time talking to me about what I wanted, I’m really pleased with the cut and will be returning 😊

This was our first visit to Fusion.

My daughter (13) had Loui for a cut and finish, and I had Sophie for a colour, cut and finish.

Loui is gorgeous and was so kind to my daughter. He instantly identified things about her hair that needed consideration and the subsequent cut was exactly as she’d hoped.

Sophie ‘got me’ immediately. She understood what I was looking for and gave me the best hair cut I have had in years. The colours are gorgeous and I felt like a million dollars walking out of the salon.

The salon is lovely; fresh, comfortable with a very welcome massage chair!

We will most definitely be back!

Cannot thank Michelle enough for fitting both myself & sister in law in at such short notice - 2 days before for me & the night before in the case of my sister in law for hair up for my nephew’s wedding. We travelled down from Glasgow so did not know the salon. We were met with a very friendly girl with beautiful long blonde hair who apologised as Louie was running late settled us both into seats and into the capable hands of poppy who did a fabulous job of prepping our hair mine was almost complete when the lovely Michelle swept in and sorted us both out in plenty of time to get back to the venue in ample time! Thank you all ladies your friendliness & professionalism was amazing! I would give you 11 out of ten if possible for your attention to your customer & detail

Mae is amazing and so talented. She really understands the colour process and informed me throughout the whole appointment about timings, and what to expect. She didn’t take liberties when cutting and did exactly what I wanted. 100% recommend! They have back massaging chairs when you get your hair washed! Lush!!!

Having not had much luck with other salons in town for a while, I was advised to try Fusion. I was not disappointed., The cheerful manageress soon put me at ease & knew what style I wanted & needed. I was happy with the result & will certainly be returning. Michel helpfully advised me on to ask for should she not be available.

The best haircut I have had for many years.

Have been going to Fusion Hair and Beauty now for over 5 yrs and Rachel and the team are fanstic and you never leave here disappointed. Rachel listens and then improves on what you ask for and is high technique at cutting and her colouring skills are out of this world! And on top of it, they are bloodly lovely people as well. Thank you :-)

Brilliant as ever haircut by Charlotte. If you have thick curly hair like me and live in Shropshire, or quite frankly even Staffordshire, Cheshire or anywhere else on the Welsh borders, do not go anywhere else!

I normally have mae or Sophie for my hair & they are both fantastic !! Today I had Sophie and she did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease to achieve the desired look. I’ve been going to fusion for my hair now for years. Sophie is, as it says above a miracle worker. No matter what colour or style I throw at her, she always delivers exactly what I asked for and then some. She’s also just such a lovely person, she makes me feel comfortable and the conversation flows and is often so funny. Can not recommend her enough. Aside from this fusion is just a lovely environment to be in and it’s sooooo lovely to see how all the staff there get on so well 🥰
