The salon was cool, welcoming and spacious. Amy asked what I was wanting, after looking through some pictures and chatting she got started. A wash, a wonderful head massage and an excellent cut later I feel lighter, brighter and much happier!

After I turned up for my appointment an hour too early, I was offered to wait for Bex to finish the client she was with and I would be able to have my appointment half an hour earlier. I decided to come back half an hour later and Bex had finished with her previous client. I apologised for getting the time wrong and they were so understanding and saw me half an hour earlier than the original time. I also had thorough advice on the toner I had requested for my hair. It is naturally grey and Bex decided that a zero zero toner was suitable for my natural colour to enhance it. As the toner wasnāt in stock this time, she said a note would be made so I could have it next time. I had a hair mask and purple shampoo instead. Bex did an amazing job with the styling and I was very pleased with the end result. She gave advice going forward about the style I wanted going forward to. Excellent work Bex! Thank you

Scarlett was great. She was interested, personable and enthusiastic. I asked for a simple haircut and I felt she paid as much attention to my hair as she would with other more creative cuts and colour. It was a relaxing experience. Everyone at the salon was lovely and welcoming too.
