Ordered voucher for bday gift 9 days before needed. Did not arrive (still has not), rang salon 4 times to request advice i.e. cancel and post another, email voucher. No-one called me back - asked ME to contact P.O and could only say "well it has been posted." Personally, knowing it was for a gift, I would have put a 1st class stamp on or I would have been happy to provide this myself. Staff member said it had been busy hence no call back,despite leaving numerous messages. Reluctant to refund initially as felt original would turn up. I offered to return it if it did or they could cancel if numbered them. Eventually agreed to refund me as I was without the voucher and the inconvenience of not having any gift for my friend. Deborah Mitchell - avoid complacency. You are only as good as your customer service and to be told 2 out of the 3 office staff were off is not a client problem but a management problem. I would have been more than happy to accept it was lost in post if someone had bothered to ring me back. It took much of my time to keep chasing and leaving messages. I had a treatment there myself and the therapist was good so this is not a reflection on the treatments but of lack of feeling valued and as a result would not book a treatment at the salon myself now.
Called in to have semi permanent eyebrows told. Not sure if I can do as had previous . Rang in three times no response or reply to my calls going elsewhere
