Visited for a consult - however I noted on phone we were looking for something specific. When we arrived for 4pm appt we were not seen until 4.15 - consulted ended at 4.27 as there were no options, no measurements taken and no fitting as no wigs with length in stock. We unbelievably were asked to pay £35. My mum refused. Felt compassion was lacking. Wouldn’t visit again…

Wow..Wow. I’m beyond pleased. From the initial phone call to the appointment I was met with a warm and welcoming reception from all the staff. . I’ve struggled with my chemo hair for 12 months now. Nicky was reassuring and confident in her advice to me, and didn’t she just deliver. I feel human again! I will be back on a regular basics to maintain this feeling. Thank you all at Salon 10 !! 🤩🤩

Wonderful, the wig is perfect colour is perfect the young lady had never seen my style or colour but she styled it exactly as my hair was before my cancer, people think my hair has come back really quickly they are shocked when l tell them it is a wig.
The young lady who looked after me was so understanding she took her time and was so polite, thank you Salon 10xx

Albeit I only cut my hair every four or so months I have always enjoyed this salon. It has the standards of London and the prices of the country. Cant beat that!!! All in the salon are very attentative and friendly
