Niki has been doing mine and my children’s hair for several years now and she always does a great job. She gives good advice on what would suit me and is a very talented stylist. I arrived at 9.00 and for the next few hours I had the devoted attention from Esteria. I was listened to and she didn't proceed with anything until I was comfortable knowing how I was nervous to change. The colour is outstanding and my blonde hair actually shines with the time, care and products that were used. Thank you for making me feel better about myself and thank you for your care and friendliness and advising me how to keep the new look. Your a star.

Nicky always listens really carefully to my requests and makes sure she understands what I want, as well as offering helpful suggestions. The last cut she did stayed looking good for 7 months. She is very skilled at what she does and also has an unobtrusive, gentle and kind manner with clients.
