Marie is an excellent and friendly stylist who always understands and delivers exactly what I ask for.
The salon has a happy atmosphere even in these strange times and the Covid-19 precautions they have implemented are thorough and reassuring.

Going back and forth between Ludlow and London I’ve really struggled to find a great hairdresser to meet my needs for my naturally curly and very thick Chinese hair. When I explained to Helen what I would like to cater for my natural curls but also when I want to wear my hair straight, she was totally onboard and knew exactly what needed doing to my hair. I actually went to Helen to have a hair cut 10 years ago when I was a teenager and just could never find anyone who cuts hair like Helen does! Will 10/10 recommend Helen to anybody- she’s absolutely brilliant!

Living in Wales I hadn't considered the need to wear a mask but after a while I got use to it. New apprentice washed my hair and did a great job. Leah gave me a new style, very friendly and professional.

I’ve just had my hair cut and styled By Leah. The result was really great. She listened to everything I wanted and achieved it. Very pleased.
The salon is also very Covid aware and takes all the necessary precautions to ensure a safe visit.

I had come to Ludlow on holiday after a hectic few months at work and just hadn’t had time to have my hair done before the holiday photos started. Quintessential hair we’re able to fit me in at short notice and the salon was friendly and welcoming. Leah did an amazing job on my dry, brittle damaged hair and the treatment she recommended was amazing. Excellent cut & style - oh and all hygiene rules strictly followed. Thanks Leah, very happy.

So glad to get my lockdown wayward mop tamed! Calm, peaceful & friendly atmosphere, despite the heat and need to wear masks. Miss the complementary drinks & cakes, but Helen's cutting skills perfection, as always. Felt tons better afterwards!
