Cammy was really helpful with telling me what would and wouldn’t work with my hair, she was faced with a challenge today because of a stubborn pink that didn’t want to budge, but I’m so happy with the end result, she tried everything she possibly could and we ended up with a good finish, also really happy with the blow dry and curl I received off amber, everyone lovely and chatty, very welcoming.

Always helpful and friendly. Fitted me in at the last minute for a cut in case the tiers changed. Always happy with my colour and cut.

I do not normally visit a salon, usually using a mobile hairdresser, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleased to find that the salon was very well organised in terms of safety and I was treated in a very friendly and efficient way. I didn't feel pressurised at all and I was happy to take advice from Stylist Cammy. I would certainly return in the future.

After the 2nd lockdown couldn't wait to get my hair done again ! Extremely welcoming and friendly and Covid safe .. face covering needs to be worn, temperature taken as you enter , asked to wash your hands and sanitise. Then taken to your chair .. after each customer it's sanitised so feel very safe . Made to always feel special and great service all round . Brilliant salon and would highly recommend

Going back and forth between Ludlow and London I’ve really struggled to find a great hairdresser to meet my needs for my naturally curly and very thick Chinese hair. When I explained to Helen what I would like to cater for my natural curls but also when I want to wear my hair straight, she was totally onboard and knew exactly what needed doing to my hair. I actually went to Helen to have a hair cut 10 years ago when I was a teenager and just could never find anyone who cuts hair like Helen does! Will 10/10 recommend Helen to anybody- she’s absolutely brilliant!

I'm only 3, but now have a super trendy grown up hairstyle thanks to Claire! Lovely lady, very friendly and will definitely be returning! Thank you ?
