In spite of difficult times I was dealt with very efficiently and I am pleased with the result. Just missing a cup of tea but not your fault!

Had a marvellous visit at Quintessential ‘s- my first, but definitely won’t be the last! Had disastrous Post lockdown hairdressing experience that had gone wrong, colour wise. But Cammy today sorted it out wonderfully. Am so happy!!!

I’ve just had my hair cut and styled By Leah. The result was really great. She listened to everything I wanted and achieved it. Very pleased.
The salon is also very Covid aware and takes all the necessary precautions to ensure a safe visit.

Cammy did my hair and I can honestly say she has done an amazing job left my hair feeling so healthy again !! X

Staff welcoming and salon kept sanitised. Greeted by staff who wore masks and I was asked to wear mask and sanitise hands. Felt safe and at ease

I had come to Ludlow on holiday after a hectic few months at work and just hadn’t had time to have my hair done before the holiday photos started. Quintessential hair we’re able to fit me in at short notice and the salon was friendly and welcoming. Leah did an amazing job on my dry, brittle damaged hair and the treatment she recommended was amazing. Excellent cut & style - oh and all hygiene rules strictly followed. Thanks Leah, very happy.

So glad to get my lockdown wayward mop tamed! Calm, peaceful & friendly atmosphere, despite the heat and need to wear masks. Miss the complementary drinks & cakes, but Helen's cutting skills perfection, as always. Felt tons better afterwards!

Had my hair coloured and styled by Claire. A lovely person; and absolutely love the colour. Exactly as I wanted it for summer.

After more than four hours spent in the salon on Saturday 1 August I can only say how impressed I was with all the arrangements iput in place re Covid. I felt totally safe throughout and of course as always my cut and colour were fabulous. Thank you Helen and Leah!

It's a different experience at the moment of course, but Helen and the girls have gone above and beyond the safety precautions required for the current situation, and I felt very safe and reassured. My hair looks and feels fantastic, and I wouldn't want to have to go anywhere else.

I have been very concerned about this wonderful salon during the pandemic - I needn't have worried. With her premises empty, Helen has seized the opportunity to redecorate (yet another glorious Quintessential makeover) and when it comes to Covid precautions she has not held back. Every measure has been taken to protect clients and staff alike - I even had my temperature taken on arrival. I sat metres away the other client (only 2 permitted on each floor)
and had a relaxing couple of hours - so good to be back. Well done Helen and Team - the salon looks fabulous - and so does my hair! Thank you.
