Quintessential has to be the best hair cutting and colouring salon in Ludlow. The owner Helen is superb at her job and always seems to create a cut and colour which I am delighted with.

Felt safe with the covid routine. Ria made me feel welcome and was not put out that I'd taken a picture in of the style that I liked. Relaxed atmosphere even though you were busy... A good sign!

On holiday nearby and fed up with unruly lockdown hair. Rang at 9am got an appointment same day . Very covid safe with precautions taken. Stylist took time to look at my hair, listen to what I wanted and gave advice. Lovely cut and style very pleased. Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend

Despite all the additional hassle and difficulties involved in making the salon Covid safe, the staff are still positive and friendly. Helen is a genius with her scissors and is obviously providing a thorough grounding for the trainees, as demonstrated by Natalie's care today. It's Ludlow's best.
