Napier Hair & Beauty in Paisley

Having been with my hair salon for 15 years they are having problems for the last 6 months with acquiring beauticians and when I really needed an appointment for going on holiday they could not help me out leaving me to go elsewhere. It has come to my advantage as Napiers were recommended by a friend therefore made an appointment with Jennifer and not only is Jennifer really good the staff made you feel welcomed and friendly. Napiers /Jennifer is now my place for beauty.

I absolutely love this salon, extremely friendly reception and junior staff. I am always treated like a celebrity; pampered and well taken care of. My hair always looks amazing and the products used are top quality. Elaine, the owner, is very passionate about what she does and always makes her clients feel valued and provides expert advice on how I can keep my hair looking great between appointments. 5/5 stars!

service was horrible, bad atmosphere, manager more concerned with talking to her staff in her office and hair was awful. stay away people !

I thought I’d get a blow dry and was apprehensive having never been here before but I didn’t need to worry - it was well worth it. I have difficult hair to dry as it’s curly and frizzy but my hair is great! I’ll definitely be back for a blow dry and it was very reasonable too. Great service and lovely staff

I am always so pleased with my service at Napiers. The team are excellent and all the stylists, therapists, juniors and reception staff are brilliant. I am never disappointed. In my opinion you have to really trust your Salon consultant and have real confidence in them delivering what you think you want. This is what I like the most, professional, honest and hard working team who puts the customer right at heart of what they do.

I had my first appointment at Napier’s recently.... the last time Iwas there was 8 years ago before I moved from Paisley. The receptionist was just lovely... really welcoming and informative and with a great sense of humour.
After informing my stylist ***** that I wanted, a graduated bob again ...which was evident in my hair although with growth on it as it had been about 12 weeks since my last cut...***** then went on to cut and layer my hair nowhere which would give me the style I clearly stated! I had taken time over months to grow the front of my hair for thickness and fullness and she took it away... then the back ...most important area for graduation ...had none? Very very disappointed and felt I got nothing I asked for!

I go in looking and feeling frumpy......transformed .......
I leave feeling I look fabulous

My 11year old daughter Charlotte got her hair cut at Napiers last Thursday.The service was second to none. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and her hair looked lovely.We were both treated like royalty.She has been there lots of times and we have always been very happy with everything.We won't consider going anywhere else in the future.I would really recommend this salon

Salon is clean & reception staff friendly and efficient. Very happy with stylist and hair cut and whilst been before for beauty I'd be happy to go back for hair too.

Best Salon in Renfrewshire by fa. Staff are chosen for their personality as well as their skill. Anyone wanting a career in hairdressing and beauty treatments could not have a better training anywhere. Definitely a top end Salon where the customer comes first and every need is catered for. This Salon had thrived and come a long way from the small hairdressing shop in Kilnside Road to its new premises on Neilston Road Paisley and it is all down to the hard work, dedication and vision of Elaine Napier, Director and Proprietor, who goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure all clients receive a first class service and experience even visiting clients in hospital to deal with hairdressing needs. I will be moving from Renfrewshire shortly, but will travel to Napier's fior any hair or beauty treatments.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Between hair & beauty, I love what they do and I love the team!

Best salon in Paisley everyone is so friendly and inviting

I have been going to this salon forever and I have never reviewed but should have. Elaine is my stylist and I can honestly say she has looked after my (very thick, hard to handle) hair brilliantly, she instinctively knows what I will/will not suit and is a true professional. The staff are lovely and friendly, and I feel this salon gives a truly special service to everyone. Lisa does my nails and she definately is the queen of shellac. Love trying all the colours. Would recommend to anyone thats wants that feel good factor when you leave the salon.
