Loved my blow dry. I have white hair and a sensitive scalp and Wayne doesn't make the dryer too hot
I accidentally booked the wrong service online (I was tired when I booked it, no fault of the booking system), the staff were very helpful when I realised and managed to get me a new appointment time on the very same day (I realised on the day of my appointment).
The stylist was great, he asked lots of questions to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted done. He also gave me tips on how to maintain my frizz in-between appointments, and listened to me talk about a niche interest of mine.
Was my first time here, was very pleased with my hair, staff were very friendly AND they were so helpful in sorting out the mistake I made when booking.
Also, I was offered a drink and I asked for water, they gave me crisp cold water which was very pleasant on a very hot day

What can I say about Wayne that I’m sure you don’t already know. Patient, understanding and calm. He has the voice of an angel. We travelled 87 miles so I could get my hair cut. When we lived in Scotland previously, Wayne cut my hair then. After years away from Scotland we moved back. He is my go to. I hope you let Wayne know as he is a godsend. Went in for a leg, face and armpit wax. It was our first time going for one. Ailsa was friendly, explained how it all worked, wasn’t too bothered when we laughed or chatted. She chatted back and felt friendly. Gave us advice on what can/cannot be waxed and didnt mind having to manually move my legs to get to certain bits (as I have issues with lower mobility can couldn’t really do it myself). Booked my next wax with her. The price is amazing for what you get done and it was all so clean and comforting.
