This was the first time that I’ve ever had my hair coloured at a salon. Cleo was lovely and very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted
Treated nicely on arrival. Jenny listened to what I wanted and was very thorough in providing just the right cut . Very happy with the skill in which the service was given and Jenny's pleasant manner.
I completely trust Chloe and value her opinion, she is a font of knowledge when it comes to colouring. She really makes sure I have full coverage and it really matters to her that I am happy with the result. Always smiling, has some great stories to tell and a cracking sense of humour. I've been coming to this salon for a few years and all the stylists have always been incredibly helpful, kind and provide service with a smile.

I had my hair cut by Esther tonight and it was a wonderful experience. It’s the first time for around a year that I’ve had a proper cut. My hair had got far too long and I really didn’t like it. CLEO - I have no words at how amazing a job she did. My hair before my appointment was awful (I had an utter dreadful appointment at another salon and was left with the worst 'highlights' id ever had)

Louise and her staff are always very professional and welcoming. The atmosphere is so relaxed and unique. I had the additional pleasure of the salon dog 'Nora' snuggling on my lap whilst Louise expertly talked me through my colour and cut. As always the end result was fabulous!

Today, I had just a regrowth but she will always check I’ve been happy with the colour and if I need any changes. This always makes me rest assured that she always has my best interest at heart. I was very pleased with my visit to your salon today, Katie was lovely she dried my hair as I had ask once again very very pleased with the outcome. When I am next in Thame I will be visiting the salon for another wash and blow dry.
Maddie always does a great job with my highlights, blending them naturally and even though I often only have the centre parting or a half head, they last well. She gave good advice on a change to my long hair too. Always especially lovely to chat to as well, super friendly salon.
