The team at Varia always go the extra mile. The care they take is always personal, never just standard. Today, for example, Rita saw how the hot summer had affected my hair colour, so she adapted the colouring to achieve exactly what I need. As a guy, I am never embarrassed by them seeking colouring, just encouraged. Also great coffee, lovely people, memorable conversations, excellent value.

Spent time today with Rita. Patient as ever, she understood how the intense Summer heat had damaged my hair. Several hours later, with fresh colour, treatment, cut and blow dry, I emerged feeling so much better. Thank you Rita. See you in a few weeks.
Rita is my prime hairdresser and an excellent stylist and cutter but both Karolina and Vicky are very good too.

I have been coming to this salon for about 8 years and always found their stylists friendly and thorough, Rita is a lovely lady and I've never had any complaints about how she cuts and styles my hair, also Vicky is very knowledgeable with colours. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rita and Vicky are both brilliant stylists, colourists and cutters and take pride in their work, as they should. A modest salon, with modest prices in Banbury, but stars within. If they worked in London (thank god they don’t!), they would have people queuing round the block.
I am so pleased that I get treated so nicely by Rita and Vicky. They are a good team! My haircut is always lovely.
