Happy hair...happy customer!!?

Went in so nervous and came out so so happy with my first ever colour on my hair!! Neil is so easy to get on with and makes you feel so comfortable, all while explaining what’s happening and giving you options that will suit you. All girls in the salon who help wash your hair etc are lovely too. Would totally recommend to my family and friends! Thank you!!

I have seen Neil today and I am very satisfied with results. He is very skilled with a lot of experiences and never ending enthusiasm for new trends. He was very helpful to decide what the best approach would be in my colouring and my hair looks brilliant, the owner is very professional and I am more than happy to go there next time. Best haircut I’ve ever had!
It was the 2nd time I’ve been to TONI & GUY and my 1st time with Neil cutting my hair. Neil sat down and spoke with me about exactly what he wanted and what he thought would suit me and made me feel really comfortable. He was really friendly and professional and
I’ve come aware so happy about how my hair looks. He even taught me how to do it myself at home x

I really enjoyed having my colour done with Hayley, she was very personable and did a thorough job and worked inline with what I was trying to achieve. My haircut was good, I like the way it has been cut and dried, but found the person cutting it abrupt, although she was friendlier once my haircut was complete.

The toilet could be cleaner as the floor was dirty particularly behind the door and the posters on display were quite out of date.

I’ve had my hair cut here several times and its always excellent. The standard of the cut and products used is great and I’m always offered good advice for between cuts as well

Hitesh makes a fantastic job of cutting my very fine silver hair,that has always been difficult for me to manage. Its easy now !! As i walked back to my car a lady came over and said 'i love your haircut' so i told her to visit your salon.

Just back from a colour and cut: was a total treat from start to finish. (Haven't been for a few years). Great consultation, new colours, relaxing shampoo and scalp massage, professional cut. Can't fault it and will definitely be back!

Having had the same hairdresser for years, I've struggled to find someone who was as good as my previous stylist. That's not a problem any more - the staff are lovely, the pricing is great and Neil did a wonderful job! I'll definitely be returning.

Having been a loyal client for the past 20 years, I have seen changes - not always good! It was great to see the place with a renewed energy alongside the traditional high standards you expect. The buzz and great atmosphere has returned to the banbury salon. Great staff and a friendly warm welcome. Brilliant to see.

Since this new management has been in place, Toni & Guy has made huge leaps forward in terms of customer service, efficiency and addressing the issue of staff turnover. It was a brilliant experience and I was given such fantastic advice on simple and easy styling tips. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, my only worry is then they'll get all booked up!

Charlotte restyled my hair completely. She did exactly what I asked for and I wasn't that great at explaing it. The price was a little too expensive in my opinion. However, the cut was good. I'm glad I choose to go there!

Lovely colour and cut. Always a pleasurable experience very relaxing. My hair is always soft shiny and looked after. I'm fussy about my hair but it's always in better condition after a visit to this salon. Try the Kerastraight it's so good and expertly put on.

Very pleased with my haircut. T Charlotte. The young girl who shampood my hair was very chatty, interesting and polite. Charlotte is an excellent hair stylist. It would be nice to see the salon busier and brighter as opposed to the dull shades of paint. Thank you

I've been going to Tony and Guy in Banbury for about two years and every time I go I have I lovely experience professional and friendly staff and I'm always delighted with the cut and colour . Sonia is remarkable and she listens to what I want . She is a very talented young lady and I look forward to seeing her every five or six weeks .
