So Hair, Nails & Beauty in Banbury

I would fully recommend this salon. It is lovely. However, my stylist ***** was horrendous. I take great care of my hair but naturally it is very dry, I have recently had a baby which meant a) I couldn’t go the the hairdressers for a while b) my hair turned even drier due to normal pregnancy hormones. ***** made me feel horrible when I was in that chair. I saw her in the mirror combing my hair then stopping, looking away, holding her arms up then shaking her head as if she was so disgusted and didn’t know what to do. She kept making snarky comments and I felt awful. I was so embarrassed and won’t be going back as I don’t even want to see her face again, so rude and entitled. It is a lovely salon though, just avoid booking this stylist though.

Amazing !! Highly recommend....my first time at this salon and it was the best. I had Callum...very honest, welcoming and done a fab job on my hair. Being blonde I can never find the right people to get that bright shade but Callum did just that ...so cheap, cheerful, and brilliant at there work! I’ll definitely be back. A******

Bad experience ever. A total of 3 calls made to get my booking done. I explained over the phone what I want- long hair wet cut and finish and explained wanting layers. Booked the appointment with *****. On my online booking account it said the appointment is for 45 min worn Sadie and not 30 min. When I turned up as the last appointment of the day at 6.30 I was told that it would have to be booked as a complete redesign and that it would cost close to 20£ more. All I was told was that she doesn’t have time to complete this appointment but offered her colleague who had one hour but a increase in price. What’s frustrating as a first time customer is that there was no courtesy to correct the error on their part but a straightforward explanation to say you have to pay more or you can try getting a hair cut with a graduate stylist. You can imagine how this has inconvenienced me despite having called multiple times to make sure I got the booking done correctly on the phone. Bad customer service. Left not wanting to go there ever again. Clearly it’s seemed like a case of clock watching and yet the online system said that I have 45 min for the wet design I had booked with Sadie

Charlotte highlighted my hair and Sally trimmed it, im absolutely delighted with the finish, staff are amazing, friendly and polite

After my friend messed up my eyebrows i have been coming regularly to get my eyebrows done. The ladies have be very helpful getting them back to how they should be offering great tips and advice.

Went for a luxury shellac pedicure today, very relaxing and good service. Would recommend to everyone.

Initially felt very unsure but was made really welcome by everyone there. I was due to see Krystal but at the last minute Rosie stepped in as Krystal was busy. A lovely lady with a very 'put you at ease' personality. I was happy with the offer for shellac and was really pleased with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to go to this salon again.

Had my nails and hair done . I love my hair and love the colour choice for shellac nails however dissapointed notice you could see the first coat brush strokes and chipped on the bottom not even 48 hours. Will choose somewhere else for nails but the service was still friendly and lovely

I’ve been gettin my hair coloured for the last three years, always satisfied with the colour however would like to see the staff been more friendly towards the customers.

I so enjoy a little pamper at So and take advantage of their offers as much as possible ????????

Always an absolute pleasure to visit the salon.

It was my 12 year old Daughter’s first salon experience. She had her hair washed, cut and blow dried by Crystal and love every minute of it. Crystal was really friendly and talked to my daughter on her level, which I found excellent. Will definitely be bringing my daughter back for her next trim. Thank you.

Visited salon as a walk in client (£20 for a cut and finish) and cannot vault service and attention to detail. Thought would be a ‘quick cut and an off you go’ but was complete office. Would 100% go back!! Thank you Crystal x

I was lucky enough to spend the entire day with the very lovely team at So .... they catered for my every need with some lovey surprises along the way .
Kicking off the day with a full body massage with Katie followed by a facial with Rosie I was certainly relaxed as I headed off for my new head of hair with Sadie ! Lunch was rounded off with a glass of fizz ahead of my pedicure & manicure with Bella ! Thank you all .... If Carlsberg did Pamper days .......

Another perfect hair cut from Zoe, I completely trust Zoe to do what she thinks is best & suits me. I’ve left the salon today with a spring in my step due to a lovely hair cut

I go here every 6 weeks to have my hair cut by Sadie, she is amazing. I wont let anyone else cut my hair but her. Im only 13yr old but Sadie and all the staff look after me well from the moment I arrive to the moment I leave and I totally enjoy their hot chocolates :-). See you all in 6 weeks x
