Right from the start Bella was friendly, she sat down and listened to me tell her about my hair, what I wanted, how I normally wore it etc. it felt very relaxed and easy.

Katie was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted before starting. She paid great attention to detail and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The cut turned out exactly how I hoped.

This was my first appointment at Dawsons and for someone who never feels comfortable at a hairdresser, this was a surprisingly positive experience. As someone has mentioned before in a review, Jack is a very good listener, easy to get on with and did just what I wanted.
