I was made welcome at the salon and Sophie made me feel at ease. During my appointment we initially went through a consultation about my request to have my eyebrows micro bladed. The advice I received meant that I needed more advice about other options. Maisy joined us for further advice and consultation.
They were both very professional a a nd helpful.
Sophie and I then prepared for my facial.
I was advised what would happen and which items would be used.
I had not expected such a full range of treatments and massage. It was quite an experience! A very pleasant one! And one I will repeat in the not too distant future.
I felt that I was in good hands and safe.

Another superb experience at Dawsons, Jack does an excellent job of cutting my hair and everyone is always so polite and cheerful.

It was my first time having my brows done and Maisy made me feel very comfortable and was extremely professional. My brows are even better than I was hoping for and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had a haircut with Jack this afternoon he was fantastic. Gave me great mags to read, made a banging cup of tea and made my hair look gorgeous! So glad I’ve discovered this gem on my doorstep it will definitely be my hairdressers from now in. Highly recommended thank you 🙏

Sophie was lovely and extremely thorough in her work. I felt comfortable the entire time! This was definitely the most pleasant waxing experience I’ve ever had, the salon is lovely, I didn’t leave absolutely covered in wax residue, and the pain afterwards is nowhere near as bad as usual. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Jack is a brilliant stylist. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Another great hair cut. I’m always made to feel very welcome and Jack knows how to bring out the best of the natural wave in my hair. I feel so good when I step out of the salon!

Had a lovely salon experience today having my nails manicured and gel varnish applied. Maisy was chatty and friendly whilst keeping a great professional manner throughout.

It was my first time at the salon and it has a lovely feel to it. Maisy was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure with her. I had gel removal first from my toes, which took hardly any time at all. I’m very pleased with the colour on my toes and they look lovely. I’ve booked again to have a gel manicure in August.

Bella spent time talking through what I wanted and stuck to our agreed plan. A good tidy of my short hair, which should require minimum maintenance to next time - thank you Bells

So lovely to have a pampercsession getting my nails done. Hands look gorgeous. Alongside doing my toenails the massage was so relaxing. I dont usually like my feet being touched but I could happily have done to sleep. Thank you Maisy. You always make my trip to the salon a pleasure.

Dawsons has a very calm feel. Jack has great attention to detail, the best hairdresser I’ve had. He’s happy to give his opinion and is clearly well trained and experienced.

Sophie welcomed me on arrival and explained that Maisy would be with me soon and made me feel comfortable.
Maisy also made me feel welcome, and explained how the appointment would go, inviting me to the Nail bar area.
We chatted amiably and I was impressed that both Sophie and Maisy had remembered certain things from my previous appointments.
Whilst the salon was busier than I’d seen at previous appointments, it still felt like a calm space.
By the end of the appointment I realised Maisy had helped make me feel very relaxed with the manicure and pedicure. I especially enjoyed the foot massage.
I’m looking forward to my next visit to Dawson’s.

Such a fantastic experience at Dawson’s! Jack took the time to completely understand what I was after and the result was even better than I expected. He made me feel like ‘me’ again and was so polite and professional. The salon was lovely and relaxing too! I already have another couple of appointments booked, highly recommend!

3 out of 5 sessions and so pleased with the gradual improvement in my skin. Sophie explained the procedure really well and I found it quite relaxing!

I came in for a patch test and consolation about an eyebrow tint and lamination service. Maisy was incredibly helpful and helped me pick the right service for me. She talked me through exactly what would happen and what would be best for me. I’ve been booked in for the actual appointment later on and am looking forward to it!
