This was my first appointment at Dawsons and for someone who never feels comfortable at a hairdresser, this was a surprisingly positive experience. As someone has mentioned before in a review, Jack is a very good listener, easy to get on with and did just what I wanted. The lady who booked me in was also very welcoming and friendly which is always encouraging.

I always leave the salon feeling amazing after Jack has cut my hair. He always understands exactly what I want from my very poor description! However, I think the real test is three days later when I've washed it and dried it myself.... I love still it. Thank you Jack!
