Also advised me how to look after my colour best considering I use Anti-dandruff shampoo and swim alot. Also cut just enough that I did not lose length too much. i said i wanted to treat he for her graduation
all the stylist had to do was a small platt and curl the rest of it...it was something very simple something that should have taken no more than an hour but took more than 2h because the first lot of curls she did didnt take and the first platt was not right...there was no excuse for this she is supposed to be a professional stylist but what was created I've done myself before in half the time...
as for the cost for both of us...
i was completely ripped off iv never paid that amount of money for 2 wash and blow-dry s
in my life....

I presented with a very bad hair cut and Lana put it right perfectly, as well as giving me very useful advice about on going hair care.
I was grateful for the experience of having a cut that reflected my photo and to use her words ‘let’s have fun’ was what happened.

Beth was very professional and did a great job.

I never ever thought I would enjoy going to the “barbers” until my late wife made me go to her hairdressers . From then on I’ve never been anywhere else. ALL the staff are truly professional and friendly.

I love having my hair cut and blow dry by Demi she’s very chatty and makes me feel at ease she talks me through what she will do next and it always looks lovely

Finally got another trip to get hair cut and blown dry after a few months unable to get out. Quite a challenge for Jessica as her had grown so unruly and much too long but again with her smile and skill she tackled the job. One very satisfied customer

I feel like I struck gold today! I cancelled an appt in Nottm due to todays issues in the city and booked a last minute appt in west Bridgford. I’ve had an ongoing problem with hair shedding and seems I just so happened to book in with a stylist who has some great knowledge on scalp and hair issues like mine. Got some excellent advice and am eager to try my new regime to try and stop my excess shedding which is really starting to become a worry for me. I feel this appt was meant to be and I was meant to meet Alana today. She gave me a lovely cut too which suits me much better than my previous style did.

Brandon always makes me feel fabulous. He’s funny, professional and really lifts my spirits. I won’t have anyone else do my hair now. He is simply brilliant and knows his stuff. You are extremely lucky to have him.

I feel the whole appointment from going into the salon and leaving, was wonderful, a truly outstanding experience. Jessica is lovely and value her highly as my hair dresser , My hair I am delighted with , thank you ?

I enjoyed my appointment time. I’m very happy.

Stylist tried to sell me extra things immediately. To me this breeds a potential lack of trust that I am just a money pot and stylist does not have my best interest at heart.
Was then told my colour would be a colour correction when I know for certain it is not… (I have followed up with other hairdresser who seconds my opinion and confirmed it would not require colour correction. Just basic root touch up and lowlights).
I feel that if I came back I would be dishonestly swindled out of extra money.
However, Everyone was very friendly and the place was clean and comfortable with a nice atmosphere. I just don’t trust that I will be given fair service, so I will not be returning.

So lovely, talked through my options im excited for my first cut
