The lovely Hannah did a great job with patience and understanding.

This is my first time at the salon abd I was made to feel very welcome by everyone. Brandon was professional and lovely and I’m pleased I’ve come here. Can’t wait to have my hair done tomorrow

Jess always does a great job and gives great advice. Never disappointed after any of my visits. She’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever had.

Amy spent a lot of time going through options and colours to help me decide what I’d like. She was friendly throughout and the result was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have been happier. I’ve been going to Amy at KH West Bridgford for almost 2 years now, and every time I can guarantee to have a great experience. Amy always listens to what I’m looking for in my new trim and has done some fantastic colour work on my hair, taking me from dark brown to blonde balayage. Everyone in their is smiley and friendly and it’s always a relaxing, pampering experience. During COVID the whole salon team have been efficient and sensitive with all the measures they have taken and I feel really safe visiting. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Hannah was very lovely and took the time to make sure I was happy with the cut and completely comfortable in the new restrictions. I would very much recommend it ☺️

Brandon was absolutely lovely. Noticed the blonde under my dark box dye straight away- which was very reassuring (so I have booked a colour appointment, knowing that Brandon knows what he’s working with) I explained the history of my hair and he recommended what was best for it and my overall look. Brandon cut my hair exactly how I wanted it whilst still making suggestions that would best fit my face. Good experience overall.

Always a great service from Jess, I feel she’s always honest and thinks about my personality and lifestyle before she gives advice, thinking about what will suit me and what I want. It’s always an enjoyable experience, even in lockdown, I always feel like I’ve had a break and a chat and come away feeling much happier than when I went in, she’s great at her job!

Jess never disappoints, she is always a ray of sunshine. She is an outstanding professional who deserves every award and merit available.

I always choose Amy when I visit. Amy is always friendly, helpful and listens to what I want. I also feel that she offers guidance and advice that is best for you. When I ask her anything it is more of a conversation rather than being told what to do or trying to just push products

As always Jess did a fabulous job of my hair & I love it. KH west Bridgford is not in my local area & I pass probably over 20 salons to get to it but I just can’t have anyone else to do my hair! She listens to exactly what you want & creates it even if it requires more effort, she gives me great tips to keep my hair in good condition & she’s become a lovely friend over the years. All the staff are so friendly & Lisa on reception is always smiling & is so lovely with the customers. I’ve been twice during the pandemic & I’ve felt completely safe both times.

Given the present Covid-19 climate and having recently come out of shielding I was slightly anxious when visiting the salon today. My concerns were soon laid to rest on seeing the familiar friendly faces at KH Hair West Bridgford.
It was comforting to see how well the salon was managed, safety obviously being a priority.
Stephanie always friendly and cheerful did an amazing job on my hair as always, I came away feeling so much better than I did prior to my visit.

Excellent cut! It was exactly what I asked for - my hair is fine and flyaway and Jessica’s cut has given it body and bounce, I am extremely happy with the style. Jessica is knowledgable, helpful and I have made my next two appointments with her because her diary fills up fast!

I had such a good experience and haircut at KH. I was nervous about how it would be but everything was so safe and clean and clear all necessary safety measures were in place. All the staff were super friendly, I’m so happy with my cut and styling by Brandon, he listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. I’ll definitely be back.

Came in to the salon yesterday to see Amy and from the minute I walked into the salon with Lisa's lovely smile and welcome, to Amy doing wonders on my hair I was so relaxed I barely spoke. Fantastic experience, my hair looks beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. To boot apart from the masks I didn't even feel like Covid 19 existed. Well done xxx
