I asked for a drastically different hair style and had several options that I had been considering. Stephanie helped advise on the right look for now and how that could be transformed over time - she listened and gave explanations that helped me to decide on the right style and cut for now. She was accommodating and helped move my appointment for colour to sooner and had great ideas for colour.

KH hair fit me in at short notice. First time I’ve been there.

What a wonderful salon!! All the staff greeted me so warmly and I was made to feel really special. All Covid precautions were taken totally seriously and with total respect for the clients. I could tell instantly that Jessica is an incredible stylist as she could practically read my mind about my hair aspirations!! She had loads of creative ideas for my hair and how to get it looking brilliantly blonde again (my post-pandemic roots warrant their own lockdown!), plus gave me excellent options for styles while I grow it out long again. She explained every step and made sure I was happy, but to be honest, I could have just closed my eyes and asked her to do what she thought best and I know I’d have been happy. It was honestly just like spending time with a good friend. She’s fabulous. I feel so much better after my haircut and knowing I’ll be back in a few weeks to get her specialist blonde techniques really has lifted my spirits! So happy to have found Jessica and the West Bridgford salon! Thank you!
