KH Hair Salon West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire

I visited the salon on Saturday and was a little apprehensive about how comfortable I would feel with the safety precautions that had been introduced to address the COVID risk and also how these would affect the Whole salon experience. The measures that have been implemented made he feel completely safe, all of the staff were as friendly and welcoming as ever and I was delighted, as always, with my cut from Erin. Thank you all!

Had my first appointment since coronavirus on Sunday and the whole experience was very reassuring. Everything was beautifully clean and being meticulously wiped down continually. Staff were in low key visors to prevent spread so it all felt very safe. Georgia did a fabulous job as always on my cut and colour and all the staff were welcoming and friendly as they always are. Big thanks to Georgia, Lisa and Amy for making it such a great experience and so glad to be feeling my hair at least is ready face the world again!

As also treated well, staff are lovely and friendly, the salon as alway spick & span.

As a Keyworker who is supporting other Keyworkers I really appreciated the fact that you were still able to offer your usual high standard and cheery approach at this difficult time. Those of us who are still out working in the community appreciate a few minutes of care ourselves to lift our morale and keep us going. Reassuring to have sensible safety measures taken in the salon with symptom checking and hand sanitizer. Hope you can keep going. We appreciate it.

Managed to get an appointment yesterday (18.03.20) with my usual stylist Jess. There was a real buzz in the place, even with all the CV19 news that’s going on and the salon was also really clean as usual.
Jess resurrected my hair back to being silver blonde and the trainees were lovely as ever. Can’t recommend this place enough as a hair salon, somewhere to relax and to have a coffee with numerous biscuits.

Erin ALWAYS show so much passion in her work. She listens to what you would like and always delivers.

Usually I hate going to the hairdressers as much as the dentist, I have had uncomfortable experiences but this one changed my outlook completely! My stylist was gentle, kind and lovely to talk to! She explained steps of my cut and products she used (I walked away with one because it was so great for my hair!) which I’ve never experienced before! I will 100% be returning!

I always have my hair done here and always feel brilliant after. My hair always looks so shiny and the colour and cut so good. The head massage is so relaxing. I also bring my Autistic daughter who never brushed or washed her hair for herself even at 16 years old. Jessica is brilliant with her. She has helped her to start taking an interest in herself by firstly making her long hair so much easier to brush and style, recommending a great hair brush, and products to help her dry scalp. Since coming here my daughter came out with “I think I want to have my hair cut short” after years of not caring how it looked. So we booked in this time and she had the most wonderful experience ever. She is still talking about it! Her hair was cut from very long to an amazing short wavy bob exactly what she wanted. Just seeing that big smile on her face was wonderful but the whole experience, friendliness and atmosphere in the salon has given her a real boost of confidence and made her feel so good. Jessica is very knowledgeable and friendly and just makes you feel a million dollars every time! Thank you so much for a wonderful day yesterday.

Amy is an outstanding hairdresser, who always makes my experience at the salon brilliant. I always feel comfortable and at ease with Amy. Amy's knowledge of hair colour and style is fantastic and she always gets it right. I walk out of the salon feeling wonderful, so the experience and service Amy provides is so much more. She has enabled me to feel confident and does absolute magic with my hair! I feel very lucky that Amy is my stylist. Amy also ensures that who ever washes my hair, provides an excellent service as well. My time at the salon is always a joy and a treat!

I am thrilled with my dramatic new cut. Really nice lad who did mum hair was very professional but relatable. Other staff were also friendly and not as intimidating as some places can be. Will definitely be returning.
