Always a pleasure to visit Amy and the rest of staff in the West Bridgford salon. Everyone is so cheerful and extremely helpful. They all make the experience enjoyable and are so polite to everyone. Amy is a top stylist who does a brilliant job on my hair every visit. Many thanks.

As always Jess is helpful and friendly and discusses what I want before starting work. The colour and cut are both flattering.

Absolute 5 star ⭐️ My hair had been hacked by at least 3 different styles fro different salons, Georgia knew exactly what to do to put it right. She listened to what I wanted & gave me a fantastic cut. I’m very pleased & grateful, I have found the right stylist at last.

I was nervous about having extensions fitted by at a new salon and by a new extensionist being a creature of comfort! However I could not be happier with the results! It was better than I imagined! Jess put me at ease and checked throughout the process that I was happy etc she was professional, friendly and knowledgable and gave me a complete transformation and I could not be happier! Thank you so much

Jessica was incredibly informative, warm and welcoming. She was personable and chatty and made me feel very comfortable.

My hair looks and feels really well looked after, with Jess advising me of how best to get the results I wanted whilst maintaining my growth goals.

Jess introduced me to a coloured hair mask which allows me to alter my tones without damaging dye. She didn’t try to sell me any products (that I noticed ;)), I felt she was down to Earth and honest.

A wonderful experience right from booking. Thanks for your time and energy Jess and a thank you to the lady that washed my hair.

Both are a credit to the salon.

Love my hair as always!

Have been unable to get to hairdressers for 6 months due to spine injury.. 1st trip out today For a few hours to get haircut. Everyone was so helpful And I really enjoyed the experience felt quite normal again. It was my 1st trip in public as a wheelchair user So I was worried about getting through doors and round the chairs etc but no problems at all. Back at hospital now and everyone saying how wonderful my hair looks and can understand why I did not want to ring up someone else who would come in and do it Add it was Jessica or no one for me

Brandon was great. Had an initial colour consultation with him a few days ago. Colour and condition etc today was just as promised. Felt well-looked after and Erin was lovely too.

Absolutely fabulous as always. Amy is the only person in the world I trust with my ‘mane’ and she gets it spot on every time.

Normally, I look about 10 years younger when I leave. Today, it was more like 20!!

Jessica is an amazing hairdresser, cuts my hair perfectly every time. She makes you feel relaxed, I love coming to the salon.

Really accommodating, given I was so late! Lovely and friendly. Been a busy day so some hair pampering was much appreciated and I loved my waves!

This was such a fun experience, taking a previous style and colour, and developing it a little more, building on what was there and making it new again. Colour work is fab!

Wonderful service from Amy as always, the glass of Prosecco with a Santa hat in the glass was a lovely touch!

In for a basic cut & blow dry but I had some questions about preventing damage to my hair and Beth provided really great advice. She was also super patient with my dithering about how much to cut off, eventually cutting it three times to arrive at a length I was happy with.
And she listened totally to what I wanted, and blow dried it perfectly.
