I was nervous about going to the salon as I’ve not been anywhere since Covid. I was reassured & there’s everything in place to keep you safe. Everyone was happy & chatting as usual. I’m looking forward to going again. After such a terrible year I came out feeling a different person. Thank you KH.

First time for highlights for me. I am wanting to lighten my dark hair and cover my roots at the same time. Leah took the time to talk me through the process and the outcome is just amazing. Extremely pleased.

Just before another lockdown, I had a haircut from Sarah. As usual all necessary precautions are met in the salon. Another great cut and can't wait for this lockdown to be over!

Etica is Lovely, always friendly, easy to talk to , love my hair Monday, she did a excellent job as always , had a slightly colour change, she new exactly what I wanted ,

As always a lovely hair cut , friendly, efficient and most of all safe service in these sad times .
My only worry is the price jumping up to £25 for a dry trim is getting steep

I used the online booking system for an appointment immediately after Big B had announced another lockdown. I was replied to and booked in almost immediately. Sarah was professional as always, worked in great time, completely focused and the result was an excellent cut and finish to my curly unruly hair with beautiful natural highlights - exactly to the description I’d requested (even though I only flashed a quick pic for her as a guide from a few years ago). It’s a lovely salon and I never have any issues. Kind, friendly and a pleasure to visit. 10 out of 10 xx

The salon takes the utmost care to ensure your safety and the safety of staff and other customers. Bookings are more difficult, but the staff are very accommodating and strive to do their best in the circumstances.

I was so grateful that the salon opened on a Sunday to fit their customers in before lockdown. Erica and the rest of the team were so friendly and still so positive given the unfortunate lockdown news. Erica and team were quick and efficient in doing my hair, and it looks amazing. But not only that, the salon was spotless, I felt extremely safe with all of the covid-secure measures they have in place. And to add, they always use quality products to treat and style my hair - the curls last at least 3 days!!! My colour always grows out really well, so my roots don’t look too bad.

Thank you for thinking of all your clients that have appointments during the forthcoming lockdown. Because the staff opened on Sunday this enabled me to bring my appointment forward and not have Lockdown hair again. Thank you Erica for messaging me on Saturday night xxxx

A great experience as always, and this time I won’t have awful lockdown hair! I appreciate that’s not top of people’s priorities really but it does feed into your general sense of well being, which all in all helps you feel good about yourself. A bit expensive but I have tried other hairdressers in the past and not been satisfied with the result, so have stuck with KH for many years.

A wonderful service as always.

From entering the salon to leaving everything was done in a safe manner. The salon was spotless and everything from combs , brushes hair products etc was wiped with bacterial solutions. Masks were worn by all the staff. Couldnt fault anything.

Always trust to do a good job.Felt very safe in salon. Always happy with my hair really good advice on after care.

I felt really safe. Hygiene standards are second to none but you do not lose any of the personal service.

Excellent visit to the salon as always. I was well looked after from arrival where my temperature & details were taken and quickly taken to my seat. Erica, ever the professional, completed my colour and cut and I came out feeling a million times better. I’ve been visiting the salon for many years...so I think that says it all. Every one so welcoming.
