Hi, I am really happy with the cut. I appreciated the salon being understanding that I was late for the appointment, my apologies. Ramsey has cut my hair at Toni and Guy Leicester and it was worth making the visit to Nottingham to keep the same hair dresser. I have lots of fine hair and Ramsey cuts it in a style that stays under control, for example my hair feels styled however I wear it. Cheers Ramsey much appreciated!

Ramsey really listened to everything I said from the moment I walked in and used the whole appointment making sure that he was getting exactly what I was hoping for. He gave me some great advice and spoke with confidence and obvious knowledge of what was best for my hair type and lifestyle. He understood that I didn't do a lot of styling as my hair is fine and he gave me a fantastic cut that sits purposefully when I just wash and let it dry naturally! I left the salon feeling like I had been cared about, listened to and with a cut that really looks healthy and suits me down to the ground. Thank you so much!!

Jamie is a brilliant hairdresser, even though I never really know what I want done, apart from 'the same as last time' He always manages to send me out of the salon feeling a million times better than when I walked in! Loving the cut this time Jamie totally right to go bold and much shorter. Thankyou! Oh and a lovely guy - Always a pleasure to see.

I came in to get s tidy up of my hair which in growing out since shaving it. The service was great even though it was very busy.
Shocked that I was charged £40 for a simple wash and to get my hair tidied. (I have two inches of hair).
I dont think I will be back unless to have it restyled.

Anna is the most wonderful stylist and does an incredible job every time - she is brilliant

Mike always takes time to understand what I want and pride in the finished cut. Mike makes me feel he remembers everything we've discussed over the past year or so. I feel comfortable, relaxed and always enjoy my experience

Always an amazing, professional and friendly experience. I always feel really relaxed and totally confident in the expertise of my hairdresser. Consultation before the cut takes place is always thorough. He takes his time over the cut and never appears rushed even though he is always busy. I have been a customer for over 20 years and travel an hour even though there is a franchise in my home town!!

Marc has been styling my hair for several years now, and every single time is a great experience. He is highly skilled and very experienced, and I always feel totally confident he’ll make me look my best. His whole team are very friendly and professional and I love visiting the salon every time.

Usual excellent service and uber excellent haircut from Marc. Been coming almost 25 years - so far.

I always look forward to my visits to the salon, welcomed with a smile at the desk and sat down with a drink. After a wash and head massage Matt gets to work and is always on point. Which is why I’ve been coming for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had hair cut today, just loved it! Marc is the best! Tried so many people but he is my favourite. He knows what’s best for you and he’ll do it perfectly!

Jamie did a fantastic job, fantastic as in brilliant customer service, he implemented his know how skills with what I wanted. I feel very comfortable there, which is not always the case for me at a hairdresser.

George is the friendliest, talented and trustworthy stylist I have ever had. George advised and listened to my requirements and talked me through the cut as he worked, resulting in a great cut that I was 100% pleased with.
