We do make it clear on our website and price lists regarding a surcharge for hair that takes a longer appointment time. We hope the student discount given helped somewhat.

At the end of the appointment the stylist did check you were happy and showed you the back of your hair. We would certainly have altered anything if we had known to make sure you were fully satisfied but are again sorry if we didn’t reach your expectations
