I used Keith Hall for the first time and was really pleased with the results. Gayle cut my hair and I found her to be very friendly and would highly recommend her to others. I will be using their services again. I also took my son to have a wash/cut/blow dry and he enjoyed his experience too.

First appointment back after lock down 3, and absolutely amazing and friendly service as always, from the minute I walk in to the minute I left.
Mollie did a great job of giving my hair some much needed tcl (closed to 6months since it’s last cut and coloured)
I feel and look like a different person after a much needed colour refresh and big chop, and the relaxing environment and conversation was a great plus for a nice bit of me time!

Fantastic service, really enjoyed having my hair done by Gayle, felt really safe and well looked after during the current situation. I also bring a young lady who is in a wheelchair and the service she receives is amazing nothing is too much trouble and it’s always a lovely experience for her also with Gayle. We look forward to coming back soon.

I moved from Arnold to Radcliffe on Trent some 3 years ago but wouldn't consider going elsewhere. Helen and I go back quite a way, she knows my hair,I enjoy the catchup and make a day of it. Staff are so friendly and professional too.

Natalie has cared for my hair for 9 years, I love visiting the salon and am always excited for my next appointment. Natalie is such a great stylist, extremely knowledgeable, offering great advice and knows how to make a client feel fabulous. Everyone is the salon stays up to date with colours and styles, and I love watching the transformations on Instagram.

Had a really nice experience at the salon on Thursday with Dawn we were sat up stairs which was calm and i felt safe and comfortable. The hair cut was just what I asked for and I am so pleased with the result thank you

Autumn was very helpful and explained and showed me how I could get the salon look at home.

My appointment yesterday (19/05/2021) was a 2nd visit to correct my colour - contrast and desired results were not achieved during the first appointment on 14/05/2021. I was there for almost 2hs 45mins, again the desired results were not completely achieved and both myself and Izzy were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. After 2 attempts I still have grey hair that has not coloured and the tone of my highlights is not quite the shade I was after. Yesterday I was left with a very tingly scalp which came on whilst my hair was being blow dried. I did mention it to Izzy. Later in the evening and this morning my scalp is still very tingly and itchy. When I itch my scalp, dry colour is in my nail. I woke up to a lot of dry flecks/bits of dye on my pillow and a stain. I feel the colour was not washed out thoroughly and the hair wash process was rushed as bleach and water had to be applied to tone down the dark shade of my highlights. During the visit I was asked a few times if I was OK but I was not offered a drink yet other clients were offered and given drinks.

Good to go somewhere and have a good cut, Autumn was very professional and friendly, took her time and I couldn’t be happier.

First time having Gel Nails and I was not disappointed! Kirsten did an amazing job and helped me with colour choice! I will definitely be back?

Excellent Covid security felt very welcome. Lovely colour and cut n blow dry just what I asked for including great tips on how to style and care for my hair.

Maddy did an amazing job! It came out amazing and she was lovely throughout the whole process. She made 3 and a half hours in the hair salon go pretty smoothly!

My 8yr old daughter was reluctant to have her hair cut but Natalie was so amazing with her, she soon forgot she didn’t want it cutting! Natalie went above and beyond to make her feel happy in the surroundings of a big salon - even treating her to a head massage when she had her hair washed.
My daughter’s hair looked amazing and feels so much healthier, too.
I would highly recommend anyone to use this salon and stylist!!!

KH helped me donate my hair to the little princess trust. Izzy was great. She really got involved and helped me feel at ease as she could tell I was nervous about having 12 inches off. She was really friendly and suggested a style that suits me, spending a lot of time making sure I was happy with the end result. As I was donating my hair they did it all for free! Thank you so much I am a happy customer even if I did seem in shock at the time with the drastic change.

Having not had my hair cut for 10 months due to the pandemic I was desperate to get a shape back into my hair.
For many years I've worn a pixie style which has been nice but seeing my hair was longer I opted for a neat bob.
I love it and it moves when i move my head and feels in great condition.
