Absolutely delighted with my cut and colour. Helen is always very friendly and has done another amazing job - I'm so pleased. I also still feel very safe in the salon with all the standards that they have in place.

As always, a fabulous hairstyle, a great experience, very friendly and professional staff, a great environment.

The salon was extremely crowded. Most of the stations had customers and is was very noisy with people talking loudly. Social distancing was very difficult due to number of stylists and customers. While I was having my hair washed, people had to push past knees to get by as there was so little room. I put myself at risk being in your salon and in retrospect, I should have left. I understand you need to make money but you were not COVID secure due to overcrowding.

Natalie is fabulous she is like a friend and I really look forward to seeing her. She always totally understands what I want doing with my hair. I trust her implicitly. She takes time to suggest other things but always has my best interest at heart

I have been going to KH Arnold for at least 3 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mollie is a brilliant stylist and such a lovely person too. I really look forward to my appointments and always come out feeling 100% better. The salon is always clean with a very friendly atmosphere everyone makes you feel welcome and are always professional. I would highly recommend KH Arnold.

Not particularly a nice experience ! The stylist had to look for a place for me to sit during the initial chat,I left my bag near the seat whilst I had my hair washed. I had to walk round customers legs on my way the the basins as the space was cramped. When I return to my seat to have my hair styled the stylist struggled to get near me to cut my hair as the plastic sheeting around the chair kept moving towards her.she had to keep apologising to the waiting women next to me.

Appointment brought forward due to imminent lockdown. A big psychological boost to have good looking hair.

We came for a treat, but we will be staying as regular customers. Maddie was brilliant, my daughter loves her. Great results everytime.

Amazing service as always Mollie is a superstar and she always makes me feel welcome and look wonderful. All the staff are really friendly which I love as it can be daunting going to a hairdressers with so many people.

I went in to the salon with blue hair and came out with chocolate brown hair, which is what I asked for as I wanted a change and Mollie really pulled it out the bag. Always a great experience at the salon.

The hair salon feels totally safe.

All the staff are working so hard to keep us safe and provide the usual high standard of service. They are putting in so many hours for their clients and we should thank them all.

As always, a friendly welcome at reception and a fantastic cut by Mollie. All staff are super friendly and very professional. Difficult time for everyone. Keep safe all.

Even in these exceptionally challenging times I am taken to the quieter upstairs of the salon as I am autistic. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

As usual the staff and Mollie are so lovely and kind. Mollie is so friendly and even though she was very busy fitting people in she made time to make my treatment enjoyable.

I had maddy today and she was amazing. Accommodating (asked if she could do me some colour due to lockdown!) helpful friendly safe and an amazing staff member to have.

Autumn was very friendly and professional, she cut my hair exactly as I asked for and I left feeling very happy with my hair. The whole salon was Covid compliant from the moment I entered and I get very safe in there.

I was a little nervous about attending as Covid is high in our area. I need not have worried. The salon is very careful about infection control and I felt safe the entire time I was there. Erika is a fabulous stylist - listens, and does what you ask for, but also gives great advice and makes suggestions for changes with no pressure to accept them. I love coming to this salon - and my hair looks great!

Thank you Mollie. As always, you understood exactly what I wanted. The colour is a perfect autumn change for me.
