Good overall experience

Saw natalie for my hair colour and as always was really pleased with my hair she always goes above and beyond and knows exactly what i want aside from that i enjoy having a chat with her whilst shes doing my hair i would recomend her highly shes fab 10/10 all the staff at the salon are lovely and freindly they all do such a good job

Couldn’t believe what a difference the colour Tianna did on my hair, we spoke about the new colour I was unsure but so glad I listened it’s looks natural and l love it went beyond my expectations

Lottie has done an amazing job with my hair, helping me go from dark brown/almost black to a blonde in just two sittings- she totally got what I was after and made it happen. Will continue to come back.

I've had Mollie cut my hair a few times and she's not let me down once. I always leave the salon super happy with my hair. She's also absolutely lovely. Always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable too.

This is my second visit for mi brows with Kirsten at KH Arnold and I would recommend her to anyone. I’ve been to a lot of beauty places that do eyebrows and very time I went back they was a different shape or they didn’t listen to what you want. Kirsten was so welcoming and I suffer with hair loss so one eyebrow was not as full as the other one and she was confident that she would make it the same as the other one and she did. This is and she is the best one I’ve been to by far and she always listens and does what you want I’m so happy with them.

I didn't know what to expect in these current times and I hadn't been since the 1st lockdown, so they had a crow's nest to contend with. But everything was Covid secure with staff and customers wearing masks and screening everywhere, between back washes and styling stations. So felt very safe. Staff were, as always, friendly and professional and the extra safety precautions took nothing away from the delightful and relaxing experience. And as an added bonus I loved my new haircut. Keep up the great work!

Always a lovely friendly experience from being greeted at the reception to saying bye. Mollie is extremely friendly and professional and will advice as well as going along with your wishes. Also the salon is very clean and safe.

Having my hair cut at kh hair arnold remains a real treat! I am always made to feel welcome and valued, as an old friend would. The way my stylist explains how she is cutting my hair makes me appreciate how skilful she is and informs my choices when asked what I would like. I am always pleased with the outcome.

Professional and friendly

As usual I was well looked after and as I was a guest at a wedding Laura spent some time with me making sure it looked nice and it was nice to have a drink included.

Helen is an amazing Hairdresser. She always makes my hair look great.She’s creative and is always on trend with the latest styles. All of the KH staff are great ? Would recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As always, I was more than happy with my cut and colour by Helen. She is by far the best hairdresser I have ever used, and well worth the journey from Chesterfield. In the current situation, it is clear the salon are doing their utmost to make it safe for staff and clients. Was lovely to be able to have a coffee and read a magazine again yesterday!!

As always it was an enjoyable experience.
My colour was refreshed,my roots were gone and I loved the styling.
It was a lovely surprise to be offered coffee and magazines again; another step towards normality.

Mollie was absolutely amazing, she cut my 12 year olds hair and was amazing, listened to her, consulted her and was just so lovely. Olivia can’t wait to come again.

Had a great experience from walking through the door, had my hair washed and had a treatment and head massage by a lovely young lady, my hair was very out of condition but Laura Managua Ed to rescue it and it looks and feels lovely! ? thank you!

My hair needed a good cut and rescue post lockdown I was well looked after by the lovely lady that washed and treated my hair and I had a nice head massage too.

Excellent care throughout my experience ?

As always, it was like going to visit friends; all the staff always cheerful and up beat. But efficient with it. Sarah does a great job on my hair, and I feel a different person when I walk out.

As this was my first visit, I was unsure how the appointment would be. I needn’t have worried though as the service, friendliness and professionalism from the moment I arrived, put me at ease. Autumn did a beautiful cut on my wild, untouched for a year hair and offered an extra conditioning treatment which I gladly took up! Overall I had a great experience and will be returning when I next need a cut.

I’ve been seeing Helen for years and she never disappoints! I always come armed with a hair cut or colour I’ve been inspired by and Helen works hard to make that happen for me in the best way possible! I’m so happy with my cut and colour and I always look forward to my time with Helen.
