About us

This busy, friendly salon was originally opened in 1985 and underwent a major renovation in 2007. We are a Wella, Nanokeratin, Nioixn salon.The team has two Wella MCE specialists, along side the other nine stylists. Upstairs there are two beauty therapists offering a range of services using Dermalogica skin care products & microneedling, Jessica nail products & Mii make up . Sam Long offers aesthetics in our beauty space, she's contactable via AYL skincare & aesthetics 07588634467

To this day, Director Dawn Bramhall succeeds in keeping the salon up to the very highest standards and professionalism.

Popped in to make an appointment on the recommendation of a friend and was offered a consultation straight away. It’s a long time since I went to the hairdresser. Liz the receptionist was kind and very patient. Went for my haircut today, with Gayle. Very happy with the customer service and the haircut. Made to feel at ease and not pressured to try anything new. Gayle understood I needed to take small steps! And again Liz was very kind and patient as well. Highly recommended.

I had a wash and blow dry booked in with Natalie. When I arrived at the salon I received a warm welcome by Liz and all the ladies, young and more mature all smiled and said hello. I feel very comfortable and really enjoyed my visit. Natalie greeted me very warmly and asked went through with me what I wanted doing today and asked if I’d had any problems or concerns. They are all very friendly and it’s a really lovely environment. Natalie did such a wonderful job taming my hair and I left swooshing it around very happy with it, thank you ?

Great salon with a lovely atmosphere and extremely friendly warm staff x
Tianna was really friendly and helpful, advised me on the tone of colours that would work best on my hair, studied the style picture I'd taken with me and advised on how the style would work, after drying she checked the style and agreed it needed adapting with more layers, very thorough and nothing was too much trouble, i could see she was taking pride in her work, bit quiet at first but she was concentrating on getting the colour on and was really friendly when chatting x thank you I love my new colour and style xx
