This was my first time back at the salon!
I felt safe and the atmosphere was very friendly.
Excellent service as always.

Professional and friendly

As usual I was well looked after and as I was a guest at a wedding Laura spent some time with me making sure it looked nice and it was nice to have a drink included.

Helen is an amazing Hairdresser. She always makes my hair look great.She’s creative and is always on trend with the latest styles. All of the KH staff are great ? Would recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As always, I was more than happy with my cut and colour by Helen. She is by far the best hairdresser I have ever used, and well worth the journey from Chesterfield. In the current situation, it is clear the salon are doing their utmost to make it safe for staff and clients. Was lovely to be able to have a coffee and read a magazine again yesterday!!

As always it was an enjoyable experience.
My colour was refreshed,my roots were gone and I loved the styling.
It was a lovely surprise to be offered coffee and magazines again; another step towards normality.

Mollie was absolutely amazing, she cut my 12 year olds hair and was amazing, listened to her, consulted her and was just so lovely. Olivia can’t wait to come again.

Another hour a wonderful pampering. Thank you. Sarah listens carefully to what I want. She gives good tips on how to manage my hair at home. Pleasant company and conversation.

Always a great service, Erica is excellent, always listens to what I want.

Had a great experience from walking through the door, had my hair washed and had a treatment and head massage by a lovely young lady, my hair was very out of condition but Laura Managua Ed to rescue it and it looks and feels lovely! ? thank you!

My hair needed a good cut and rescue post lockdown I was well looked after by the lovely lady that washed and treated my hair and I had a nice head massage too.
Thank you to Laura who did a wonderful job of sorting my hair and making it look healthy and bouncy again

As always, it was like going to visit friends; all the staff always cheerful and up beat. But efficient with it. Sarah does a great job on my hair, and I feel a different person when I walk out.

As this was my first visit, I was unsure how the appointment would be. I needn’t have worried though as the service, friendliness and professionalism from the moment I arrived, put me at ease. Autumn did a beautiful cut on my wild, untouched for a year hair and offered an extra conditioning treatment which I gladly took up! Overall I had a great experience and will be returning when I next need a cut.

I’ve been seeing Helen for years and she never disappoints! I always come armed with a hair cut or colour I’ve been inspired by and Helen works hard to make that happen for me in the best way possible! I’m so happy with my cut and colour and I always look forward to my time with Helen.

Fully revived my hair and it looks fantastic, just in time for the hot weather.

Had a hair consultation with Dawn, she was very helpful and will definitely be following her advice. Would definitely recommend Dawn. All the girls were very welcoming, lovely salon and ladies

From start to shining, swishy finish, my appointment was a typical joy. Assorted stages of expert artistry from Natalie and soothing treatments to calm down eight months of fluff and wire growth meant I had quite a lot of time in the chair, but that also afforded time to catch up on life too.
The junior colleague who was in charge of my wash and treatment also deserves a mention, she was extremely observant and attentive to my comfort, getting the bowl just right for me.
Her head massage was bliss. I’m convinced there’s some sort of Hairdressing Hogwarts where your staff go to learn their head massages, I always fall asleep upright.
Liz had kindly managed to squeeze in a lash tint with Jenny. Again, she’s another genius: I’m a twitchy, sensitive eyed big baby when it comes to putting myself through a lash tint, but it’s preferable to clumsily sticking mascara in my own eyes. Jenny always manages to avoid discomfort, so often encountered elsewhere.
My afternoon felt as relaxing as a day spa but, unlike a spa, I walked away with wonderful feeling hair which gathered compliments aplenty later.

Was a great experience and was very happy with my cut. Exactly what I asked for. I've been complimented 3 times over Teams meetings this morning so am very happy! Lottie was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I used Keith Hall for the first time and was really pleased with the results. Gayle cut my hair and I found her to be very friendly and would highly recommend her to others. I will be using their services again. I also took my son to have a wash/cut/blow dry and he enjoyed his experience too.

First appointment back after lock down 3, and absolutely amazing and friendly service as always, from the minute I walk in to the minute I left.
Mollie did a great job of giving my hair some much needed tcl (closed to 6months since it’s last cut and coloured)
I feel and look like a different person after a much needed colour refresh and big chop, and the relaxing environment and conversation was a great plus for a nice bit of me time!

Fantastic service, really enjoyed having my hair done by Gayle, felt really safe and well looked after during the current situation. I also bring a young lady who is in a wheelchair and the service she receives is amazing nothing is too much trouble and it’s always a lovely experience for her also with Gayle. I moved from Arnold to Radcliffe on Trent some 3 years ago but wouldn't consider going elsewhere. Helen and I go back quite a way, she knows my hair,I enjoy the catchup and make a day of it. Staff are so friendly and professional too.

Natalie has cared for my hair for 9 years, I love visiting the salon and am always excited for my next appointment. Natalie is such a great stylist, extremely knowledgeable, offering great advice and knows how to make a client feel fabulous. Everyone is the salon stays up to date with colours and styles, and I love watching the transformations on Instagram.
