I arrived in a taxi cannot drive at the moment. I know this experience is worth a taxi ride I am not changing my hairdressers no place could come close to KH Arnold. From start to finish the experience is so comforting and enjoyable and fulfilling. Worth every turn of the wheel delighted with Helen and her cutting skills what a treat

This young lady gave me excellent advice was thorough and encouraging and had so much empathy, she was kind and has said that her experience within the salon was fabulous too which I could see, that each and everyone who worked there never stopped, if I didn’t have a drink they checked if I needed one alongside maddie being the perfect host the other ladies were cleaning sweeping tidying as well as caring for all their clients, I can only highly express what a wonderful experience within the time I was there.

Natalie always knows what I mean when I describe how I'd like my hair.
Her cutting is superb. I always leave the salon feeling happy and pleased with my experience.

I arrived with multi coloured hair - dark roots, a band of brown colour and blonde ends … Helen worked her magic and I left with a gorgeous all over blonde shade and a good trim. My hair is 100% better and I couldn’t be happier! Great salon experience, lovely staff and I’m so happy with the result.

My hair is gorgeous thanks to Izzy! The colours are beautiful, exactly what I asked for and the blend Izzy has done is perfect.

I managed to get a last min appoint. On the day. Most of this year I been in & out of hospital, or having agoraphobia. So I had only been going back out on my own for 2 weeks. I had let my hair grow, but it was way too long for me. And to give myself "rewards" for facing my fears, i desperately wanted my hair to look nice! Hence me call @ last minute. I live in Arnold. And I knew I could walk to it, less than 5 minutes. So I forced myself to call the Salon. I had never dare go in before. Lived Arnold 6 years.

I had told the receptionist about my anxiety etc. To prepare Dawn for seeing me. And that's I wasn't't looking my best etc. I wad so scared of being judged, by customers & staff. Well I realised I did not need to be scared. Once I hot into the salon. Fortunately for me it was fully busy. So it was not packed out!

Dawn was extremely friendly & helpful. She took her time to explain everything to me slowly. I think i was looking really nervous. She was very patient with me & encouraging!

The cut I received was excellent & just what I wanted.

As always the visit was a pleasant one. Everyone was busy but efficient and worked as a team. More than happy with the result.

Hair looms fab, Maddie is great as normal, always listens to what you want and gives good advice.

Izzy is absolutely amazing, she had a major challenge with my previous bleached and dyed hair. She timed each section individually and the outcome is amazing, better than I dared hope. I would not only highly recommend her, I will be staying with her. Not only is she talented, she’s a really nice young lady.

A top notch salon that remains both comfortable and friendly. Laura's cutting ability never disappoints. Always an enjoyable experience.

Lovely friendly welcome from all staff as usual. Amelia did a great colour treatment, massage & shampoo. Dawn gave me an excellent trim & style which lasted really well. Very happy client as always.

I visited the salon in Arnold today for the first time and Lottie was fantastic from start to finish. My hair looks and feels amazing. She put me at ease and gave a great service. I’ve booked back in with her for 8 weeks time.
