Another fabulous experience at KH with Maddy!

KH in Arnold is a fabulous salon, every single member of staff makes you feel welcome. It’s great to escape your everyday routine and be pampered. I walked out with beautiful hair thanks to Mollie. I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to go back.

So relaxing. I was abit stressed with Christmas preparations. I didn't want to leave. Absolutely first class. Would highly recommend to all stressed women. Jenni was amazing.

I felt looked-after and informed of procedures, during my visit. Very pleased with result from "lights", toner, cut & blow dry. Time taken was good.
Disappointed Wi-Fi not working as I had two development stages. This was the most expensive hairdressing experience I've ever had in my life!! Not had two colours before though. I would need to check prices before returning. Overall - very pleased.

First time I have not been been satisfied here at KH, ***** didn’t seem to have listen to what I would like “just a trim” she took off far too much and she asked the same questions time after time. Now I know your staff are busy but each of your clients are different and should be treated as such.

Lovely experience, Izzy was very professional and kind went in with black hair left with a lovely chestnut brown with lovely warm tones thankyou so much I'll deffo be back ?

As always, a very enjoyable experience, lovely staff, superb service and results. Even though I’ve moved away - I still come back to this wonderful salon.

As always, my experience with mollie was extremely friendly and relaxing with polite reception staff and mollie giving me exactly what u want for my cut and style including helpful advice on my hair and scalp! love coming to kh hair Arnold it's a treat for me which is why I love it even more the fact that it's so clean and always professional yet super friendly

Helen asks about how my hair has been since last visit. After the discussion I was advised to have a treatment for dry ends. The result was very effective.

Natalie never lets me down, she always does an excellent job and can work magic on hair, seriously!

I had a new stylist this time - always a bit nerve wracking, but I needn’t have worried. Natalie was friendly, chatty, and did a great job. And all staff wore masks, which I appreciate very much - thank you.

It is always a pleasure to go to the salon. They are all very polite and I am treated like a friend. Nothing is too much trouble. The water and coffee were very welcome and the environment is covid safe.

Natalie knows her stuff! She listens to what you want, discussing it with you first and then always does an amazing job. A young lady, Amelia I think, who shampooed, conditioned, head massage was amazing, applies scalp treatment, she was fantastic! Hope to get her again. Very happy customer, everyone is so friendly and professional ?
