I’ve used dawn for the last 30 years so to trust another stylist is a risk for me… Lottie never disappoints she is not only a great stylist but a delight to speak to. Clearly dawns a great tutor as my experience with Lottie or dawn at KH Arnold is always pleasurable

Really relaxing pedicure, and polish. Real pampering. Followed by gel removal and gel polish. All ready for a mini break away

First time with Helen in the salon. I had a consultant the day before. Helen was really helpful and full of information about the products and what the outcome would be. Very professional.

Sarah is a lovely bubbly lady has given me high lights cut and blow dry this times highly recommend her

Jen is a great therapist puts you at ease what ever treatment you have. I had a manicure and pedicure this time but she also gives a great back massage too.

Mollie is an amazing hairdresser! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable, id recommend her to anyone! Thankyou so much.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially as I use a wheelchair. The salon environment is pleasant and air conditioned! Hot drinks are provided and last but not least I love my cut and colour

I had highlights and a cut and blow dry with Helen. I love the way Helen always listens to what I want and suggests the best way to achieve a great result. The cut is the best I have ever had and the highlights are exactly what I asked for.

I always love how Helen cuts and colours my curly hair . The staff team are friendly and professional and the welcome is always warm.

Mollie is a true professional who gives honest advice. She has guided me to getting my hair and style to a place I can manage myself in between salon visits.

Popped in to make an appointment on the recommendation of a friend and was offered a consultation straight away. It’s a long time since I went to the hairdresser. Liz the receptionist was kind and very patient. Went for my haircut today, with Gayle. Very happy with the customer service and the haircut. Made to feel at ease and not pressured to try anything new. Gayle understood I needed to take small steps! And again Liz was very kind and patient as well. Highly recommended.

From start to finish Kirsten made me feel welcome and relaxed. She told me everything she was doing and was very polite and friendly. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks. I had a eyebrow tint and shape and a Eyelash tint which looked fantastic. Thank you Kirsten.

I had a wash and blow dry booked in with Natalie. When I arrived at the salon I received a warm welcome by Liz and all the ladies, young and more mature all smiled and said hello. I feel very comfortable and really enjoyed my visit. Natalie greeted me very warmly and asked went through with me what I wanted doing today and asked if I’d had any problems or concerns. They are all very friendly and it’s a really lovely environment. Natalie did such a wonderful job taming my hair and I left swooshing it around very happy with it, thank you ?

After a busy morning at work, I came to see Mollie for colour, cut and blow dry and I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon having my hair transformed! Mollie just seems to know what I am hoping for with my hair, and I found the whole experience very relaxing. Everyone in the salon are so friendly and helpful. I came away feeling fantastic and actually more confident in myself knowing my hair looks fab! Thank you so much Mollie, really appreciate all you've done for me today.

Tianna was really friendly and helpful, advised me on the tone of colours that would work best on my hair, studied the style picture I'd taken with me and advised on how the style would work, after drying she checked the style and agreed it needed adapting with more layers, very thorough and nothing was too much trouble, i could see she was taking pride in her work, bit quiet at first but she was concentrating on getting the colour on and was really friendly when chatting x thank you I love my new colour and style xx
