Relaxing treat, just what I needed

Autumn is so friendly always making sure I was ok. Listened to what I wanted. Giving advice.

I have just moved to this side of the city and have been looking for a new beautician and hairdresser. Very impressed with my first waxing appointment, lovely courteous staff who explained everything in detail and I'm looking forward to having a hair consultation very soon.

Mollie is always really great, looks at my hair, asks how it's been and if I have any concerns (talks through them of I do) and talks through what we're doing with my hair for the appointment. Mollie (and all the other staff) are always friendly and happy to help. It's a really great salon yo go to.

Lottie always does an amazing job with my hair I asked for a full fringe as I have always wanted one but was nervous at how it was going to look. Lottie reassured me that it would suit me and I'm so glad I went for it!

Little thank you to Lottie for listening and doing exactly what I wanted with my hair. She is so lovely and friendly and always very attentive. Lottie was also brilliant with my eldest daughter and made her feel really special.

Helen did whole head highlights and a cut and blow dry for me today. I love the way we always have a discussion before she starts, asking me how my hair has been and what I am wanting to achieve today. I feel I can totally trust Helen to do a fantastic job!

Dawn is consistently 1st class at what she does, as a stylist and as manager of the salon. My curly hair is now manageable and in great condition thanks to Dawn. I happily travel 25 miles to Arnold
as I know I am never disappointed with the service from Dawn and her team.

I came into the salon looking like I had been in a hurricane but Maddie managed to tame my locks and actually give me a hairstyle. She always knows what I need and can deliver a perfect cut every time I visit. I look forward to my by-monthly pamper session

Izzy has really thinned my hair out feels much better.

I arrived in a taxi cannot drive at the moment. I know this experience is worth a taxi ride I am not changing my hairdressers no place could come close to KH Arnold. From start to finish the experience is so comforting and enjoyable and fulfilling. Worth every turn of the wheel delighted with Helen and her cutting skills what a treat

Lottie had treated my hair over the last few months . My hair was broken, over treated and falling out . Today my hair is shiny and healthy and growing at a fast rate .

This young lady gave me excellent advice was thorough and encouraging and had so much empathy, she was kind and has said that her experience within the salon was fabulous too which I could see, that each and everyone who worked there never stopped, if I didn’t have a drink they checked if I needed one alongside maddie being the perfect host the other ladies were cleaning sweeping tidying as well as caring for all their clients, I can only highly express what a wonderful experience within the time I was there.

Natalie always knows what I mean when I describe how I'd like my hair.
Her cutting is superb. I always leave the salon feeling happy and pleased with my experience.

I arrived with multi coloured hair - dark roots, a band of brown colour and blonde ends … Helen worked her magic and I left with a gorgeous all over blonde shade and a good trim. My hair is 100% better and I couldn’t be happier! Great salon experience, lovely staff and I’m so happy with the result.

I have had Helen S as my stylist for about 18 months now. She has made a massive difference to my hair. It is healthy and I love the colour she uses. I would not hesitate to recommend KH Arnold to anyone, the service is second to none and the staff genuine care about their clients.

I managed to get a last min appoint. On the day. Most of this year I been in & out of hospital, or having agoraphobia. So I had only been going back out on my own for 2 weeks. I had let my hair grow, but it was way too long for me. And to give myself "rewards" for facing my fears, i desperately wanted my hair to look nice! Hence me call @ last minute. I live in Arnold. And I knew I could walk to it, less than 5 minutes. So I forced myself to call the Salon. I had never dare go in before. Lived Arnold 6 years.

I had told the receptionist about my anxiety etc. To prepare Dawn for seeing me. And that's I wasn't't looking my best etc. I wad so scared of being judged, by customers & staff. Well I realised I did not need to be scared. Once I hot into the salon. Fortunately for me it was fully busy. So it was not packed out!

Dawn was extremely friendly & helpful. She took her time to explain everything to me slowly. I think i was looking really nervous. She was very patient with me & encouraging!

The cut I received was excellent & just what I wanted.
