About us

This busy, friendly salon was originally opened in 1985 and underwent a major renovation in 2007. We are a Wella, Nanokeratin, Nioixn salon.The team has two Wella MCE specialists, along side the other nine stylists. Upstairs there are two beauty therapists offering a range of services using Dermalogica skin care products & microneedling, Jessica nail products & Mii make up . Sam Long offers aesthetics in our beauty space, she's contactable via AYL skincare & aesthetics 07588634467

To this day, Director Dawn Bramhall succeeds in keeping the salon up to the very highest standards and professionalism.

I’ve been coming to this salon since at least 2011 and have never had a bad experience. All the staff are so friendly and professional and I always leave feeling fabulous! I’ve moved but travel from Leicestershire now to visit as I know I’ll always get great service.

Brilliant service as usual, Lottie does a really good job, listening and advising, which is extra helpful as I am not particularly brave at trying anything new! Had my usual cut today but booked next time for colour and a different finish based on our conversation. Lottie really puts you at ease and has a chat with you and is always super friendly, helpful and efficient, thank you :)
Compared to other salons I've been to at around the same price point the service is top quality with no waiting time, drink always offered and caring staff

Today I had a full head of colour, toner,treatment, cut and blow dry by Natalie who is amazing!!! She always talks me through everything beforehand and in between each process and answers all of my questions I have. She is very easy to talk to and I am always so relaxed. I also had a lovely head massage too. She has done an amazing job, I am SO happy with results, the colour is exactly what I wanted and my hair feels so silky ty so much Natalie.
I was also looked after by Sianna for a short time she always makes sure you are well looked after, making sure you have a drink, always makes sure I’m comfortable in the chair at the wash basin, always checks the pressure she is applying when washing my hair or applying toner is ok, she gets me a rolled up towel when my back is bad to help me be more comfortable. She is really good at head massages and is very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humour. She knows her stuff and she’s only 18!
I also spoke to Laura for a short time today and she seemed really friendly, I’m an really anxious person but she made me feel relaxed which I really appreciated. She is always supporting her co-workers and I often hear her helping the younger girls too, explaining and also showing them how to do things when they’re not sure.
I honestly cannot fault anything about my experience today, everyone is seems really friendly, super helpful, so knowledgeable and it’s such a lovely atmosphere which is why I keep going back, ty so much ladies. Big shout out to Natalie for doing such an amazing job, I’m so pleased with the results. Five stars from me.

Absolutely brilliant. The junior who shampooed and gave me a head massage was 1st rate, lovely experience. Autumn was fabulous as she always is. She will be much whilst on maternity leave.2

We are a Wella, Nanokeratin, Nioixn salon.The team has two Wella MCE specialists, along side the other nine stylists.
