Lottie was brilliant with Erin right from the start. Listening to what she wanted, asking questions and really supporting her decision to go for a totally new hairstyle. Lottie made the whole experience an absolute pleasure for Erin and myself (Erin’s mum). So much so, Erin is already booked in for her next hair cut in a few weeks with Lottie again.

This was my first time visiting the salon. I was booked in with Sarah for a consultation and she realy made me feel comfortable and gave me lots of advice about the colour i wanted to achieve. My daughter has had several hair cuts with Nat now and she is always made to feel so welcome and relaxed by all the staff. Nat especially is always happy to help and offer expert advice. We couldn’t ask for more whenever we visit.

What a wonderful experience after several years of home visits and a previous stylist who always cut it very short.
