Got a phone call Friday morning cancelling my hair appointment due to Debs having a personal emergency.
I was disappointed as going out on Saturday night but understood.
I was offered another appointment on the
Saturday with Vanessa.
I was very pleased that I got an appointment so quickly and was very happy with the outcome thank you Vanessa 😊

I decided to have a consultation with Mitch to discuss colours & styling. Mitch understood what I was asking & also made some suggestions. I booked in & I cannot fault Mitch, the colour was fantastic just what I needed, the style was perfect & Mitch showed me & explained how I should style my hair. I could not fault the professionalism & knowledge Mitch showed, he certainly knew his stuff. I would definitely recommend Hairven & Mitch.

I had full head foils in December. Craig did a fantastic job in getting rid of the brassy tones. I had 2 colours and I have been delighted with the results and the fade which isn’t much. Super thank you

I was warmly welcomed and had a free drink too! Mitch (hair stylist) was so lovely, listened to what I wanted and did EXACTLY what I asked for. I have booked in again!

I had a mixed experience. The salon is clearly skilled with colour and cutting natural hair, and I spent close to £1,000 across 4 appointments.

Hair extensions were suggested to me during a consultation, as I missed having long hair. I trusted the recommendation, but unfortunately the extensions fitted were the wrong texture for my hair and far too heavy.

They were cut and adjusted twice and looked better initially, but were never comfortable or practical day to day. Despite having them in for only around three months, they caused discomfort, twisting, thinning, and damage to my natural hair, and I eventually had to remove them myself.

What was particularly disappointing was later being told I had been advised not to get extensions, which was not true. While efforts were made to improve how they looked, the extensions themselves were unsuitable and should not have been fitted.
