I've been lucky enough to have Melissa as my stylist for many years, and I can honestly say she just keeps getting better! She's so kind and friendly, and her professionalism really shines through. Every time I visit the salon, it’s filled with such a positive vibe — I truly love my time spent there!
My KH appointments are such a joy. The salon atmosphere and banter are great to be a part of. Jane’s skills are legendary. Once again my hair looks divine. Mel and Molly make up a lovely team and the juniors are visibly maturing. Thanks all xxx

Jane and her team went out of their way to make me comfortable, after my knee operation and on crutches nothing was to much trouble. Haircut was brilliant as usual.

What a gem of a salon! I've been looking for sometime for a stylist that listens to what I want, and to get advise for do's and dont's when I dry and straighten my hair . Molly did all that and she styled my hair exactly how I wanted it.

I previously wrote a review, but I've had more time to reflect and find a better way to express my thoughts.
I deal with significant anxiety, and at the beginning of the appointment, I felt quite nervous and panicky. However, within just 5 minutes, I was chatting, laughing, and smiling.
Jane made me feel valued. I truly felt welcomed, which is an unusual sensation for me.
In the past, I've had negative experiences with salon staff who accused me of having 'nits' and sent me away, or they were simply rude regarding my psoriasis.
I would absolutely return, as she did a fantastic job with my hair.
I was really pleased with my hair. The same excellent service I always receive at KH
She was incredible! She took her time, she explained things to me when I asked. She was patient and didn't rush me.
On Saturday I was feeling a bit down but, after Jane worked her magic on my hair and I had a laugh with all the team, I felt 100% better. KH Mansfield - the best xxx
