Excellent as always

I previously wrote a review, but I've had more time to reflect and find a better way to express my thoughts.

I deal with significant anxiety, and at the beginning of the appointment, I felt quite nervous and panicky. However, within just 5 minutes, I was chatting, laughing, and smiling.

Jane made me feel valued. I truly felt welcomed, which is an unusual sensation for me.

In the past, I've had negative experiences with salon staff who accused me of having 'nits' and sent me away, or they were simply rude regarding my psoriasis.

I would absolutely return, as she did a fantastic job with my hair.

I was really pleased with my hair. The same excellent service I always receive at KH

She was incredible! She took her time, she explained things to me when I asked. She was patient and didn't rush me.

On Saturday I was feeling a bit down but, after Jane worked her magic on my hair and I had a laugh with all the team, I felt 100% better. KH Mansfield - the best xxx

Love, Love, Love it had a few foils put in looks very natural to compliment my full colour. Excellent haircut as always can’t thank Molly enough. All the team are friendly and make you feel welcome.

3 visit to the salon, I've gone from bleached damaged hair to dark brown with a few highlights looks & feels lovely. Fantastic service & advice. The staff cannot do anough for you .

Jane is super friendly and makes suggestions to tweak my colour and style keeping it fresh. She understands I don’t have much time to style it myself and keeps it easy for me to manage. Definitely recommend her.

I've just moved to the area and was quite nervous trying a new hair dresser, but I soon as I walked in, they made me feel at ease Malissa talked though what she thought would suit me and what she was going to do and I love it thank you Melissa I will definitely be comiing back.

It was a really lovely experience having my haircut by Jane. I felt like my head was safe with her, not just my hair… and that was a beautiful thing. I’ve not washed it and dried it yet at home, to see how it looks for day to day living… I do know the experience was great. Thank you Jane.

I popped in to make an appointment I got 1 for half hour later. Just a dry cut to re style my hair .the lady was so helpful & gave me good advice regarding my I will be going bk in 5 weeks. I would highly recommend.

Had very long hair and needed a whole restyle! Absolutely love my hair! Had it shortened with layers and a beautiful set of curls in my hair. Walked away feeling amazing! My partner loves my new style and I've had many compliments. Very professional service and quality service. Will definitely be back in a few weeks for more pampering.

I explained to Jane how I now preferred my cut to be shorter. She did a razor cut today and I love it. My daughter came to see me this afternoon and said my hair looked ‘fab’.

Love this salon. Always friendly and always come away feeling a million dollars. Thank you all x
