Absolutely brilliant. I’ve recently had a nasty fall and been in hospital. My mobility is severely restricted. The whole of the staff did their utmost to help me.

I always leave happy with my hair, lovely friendly staff.

Ive been going to the mansfield salon nearly a year.my hair has gone from bleach'd blonde damadge/ broken off hair to now having a few highlights & in a great condition. I cannot praise the staff anough

At last I have found someone who is listening to me! From the young lady who made me a drink and washed my hair, to Melissa who gave me a restyle which made me care about my hair again, I was made to feel very welcome like a regular client and not a new-be!!

Managed to get an appointment after being let down by previous hairdresser … Everyone was so welcoming and lovely … listened to what I wanted and so pleased with my hair … will recommend

My new go to for all my hair needs. Warm welcome, offered a drink and felt really comfortable. My hair never looked and felt as good as it does now.

Felt very welcomed from the moment I walked into the salon. All the staff were friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I really enjoyed my head massage from Grace, it was very relaxing. I was more than happy with my visit and my hair looked amazing.

When you overlay and wake up almost hour after your appointment time and on phoning the salon get the most amazing support. They managed to squeeze me in later in the day for my last minute holiday hair cut. I’ve been a client of Jane’s for over 15 years and she always provides outstanding service and amazing hair cuts! ❤️

It was my first time at KH hair today. It was a lovely salon and all the staff were amazing. I was welcomed in by Grace who was so lovely and friendly and then I had a cut and blow dry and toner with Melissa. Melissa was lovely and she really did transform my hair and has given me so much advice in preparation for when I have my hair coloured in future months there.

I thought it was as usual. Very good. I decided to have my hair cut, so that it was easier to deal with. (It's got a mind of its own)! As always Melissa knew exactly what I wanted..I am very pleased !!
