My Stylist was Sandra, she was absolutely amazing! she made me feel so comfortable and she really helped me with what i wanted for my hair. i trusted her and i will definitely be returning!

Avant Garde have a new specious saloon with a modern decor. All staff are very attentive to your needs and the hair style you wish to achieve. All together a very relaxing and pleasant experience.

As always a great haircut thoroughly recommend.

Alex is always friendly and welcoming and made sure I wanted to change the colour my hair was a number of times before applying the dye. She also corrected the colour when it hadn't come out exactly as we hoped, communication was there throughout and she didn't stop until she was happy with the end product. Great hairdresser and always makes me feel at ease.

I am 71 years old, so have been to many hairdressers in my lifetime. Since coming to Avant Garde I can honestly say for the first time in my life I am happy with the way my hair looks. It is baby fine and sparse. Jodie has been wonderful in suggesting cuts, colour and styles to suit my hair type. She listens and takes note of what I would like and offers advice. So pleased to have found her and have recommended Avant Garde to many friends.

Alex has made me feel welcome from the second I set foot in the door, she always asks if I am happy and gives advise on what she thinks would be best for my hair. If the colour doesn't match exactly as I thought she will do whatever she can to correct it until I am pleased with the result. Can't recommend her enough.

Really easy to book and great service for me and my son's hair. We have medium length thick curly hair and it's taken a long time to find someone that does such a great job on our hair-type. Thank you Avant-Garde!

I had my hair done by Jess today really lovely very pleased

I’m very upset following my appointment today. I didn’t feel listened to and I’m thoroughly disappointed with the outcome. I’m used to having my hair cut a certain way as both my parents were hairdressers and £150 later, not only have I come home in tears, my confidence has taken a hit. This is not how I’ve felt after previous appointments.

I was in training and had Ellie. She was great, really attentive.

As always Tash cuts my hair perfectly, such talent and all whilst being able relax and recharge. I trust Tash completely when it comes to cutting and styling my hair. Thank you

Gemma had been my stylist for many years and I get a warm welcome, and a lovely haircut and colour every visit. Her knowledge and advice on styling and colours is brilliant. More than that I get to relax, chat and feel thoroughly pampered. A couple of hours of me time in an otherwise busy life.

I had my hair highlighted & cutt by Elena today who is a graduate and she is very sweet.
She did a excellent job, i am so pleased with the colour and the cutt.
She has done my hair twice now and both times she has done a lovely job.
