I had my hair done by Jess today really lovely very pleased

I’m very upset following my appointment today. I didn’t feel listened to and I’m thoroughly disappointed with the outcome. I’m used to having my hair cut a certain way as both my parents were hairdressers and £150 later, not only have I come home in tears, my confidence has taken a hit. This is not how I’ve felt after previous appointments.

I was in training and had Ellie. She was great, really attentive.

As always Tash cuts my hair perfectly, such talent and all whilst being able relax and recharge. I trust Tash completely when it comes to cutting and styling my hair. Thank you

I was apprehensive about changing to a new salon. Jess was friendly and professional and responded to all of my requests. I am very pleased with the results - half head foils, cut and finish.

I am confident that every visit will result in great colours and a gorgeous style. The salon is a great place to relax whilst taking some 'me' time. All of the staff are friendly and courteous. Gemma had been my stylist for many years and I get a warm welcome, and a lovely haircut and colour every visit. Her knowledge and advice on styling and colours is brilliant. More than that I get to relax, chat and feel thoroughly pampered. A couple of hours of me time in an otherwise busy life.

I have been going here for years. All the staff are fantastic, the products they are use are amazing. They really make you feel very pampered. Alex makes me feel so confident when I leave. She really knows exactly what I want and she smashes it all the time.

Sarah is always friendly. She gives the best head massage. Her skills are amazing and th he cut she gives is always very good and stays good until my next appointment.

Gemma is a great hairdresser. She listens to you and has great tips on how to achieve the styles you want.

I had my hair highlighted & cutt by Elena today who is a graduate and she is very sweet.
She did a excellent job, i am so pleased with the colour and the cutt.
She has done my hair twice now and both times she has done a lovely job.

I enjoy my trips to the hairdressers as it is so relaxing. From the receptionist who greats me with a warm friendly smile, the shampooist who washes my hair and then massages my head to the stylist. Stacy always listens carefully to me and cuts my hair the way I want it. I can also ask Stacy for advice and she always gives me good advice.

This is my second perm by Kian and it was a pleasure having it done. The whole process was great and staff were so friendly and helpful, too.
